i have never been disappointed by this subway but tonight was a completely different story. both sandwich’s i ordered were cold, i clearly asked for them toasted but after they were. the employees sat my order aside and started on someone else’s order. i’ve been trying to get ahold of them for the past 5 minutes and no one has been answering the phone. very disappointed.

Ordered a sandwich a special way online because of allergies on a Thursday night. Picked it up took it home and there was the very thing that will kill me on my sandwich! Went back asked for a manager and was informed there was not one there and would not be one til MONDAY!!!!! Then I just asked to get it remade......guess what NO BREAD. Not being a ridiculously picky person, I just don't want to die from a $13 sandwich.
