I typically only order online, but one time their card machine was down so I had to place the order inside. The employees are very friendly and willing to help. The sandwiches have always been correct when ordering online. However, sometimes they are out of your chosen bread and swap it with regular artisan white bread. The inside seemed clean and well kept up.
