I walked in and waited patiently for assistance. Lady comes from the back continues to clean out the left side of the ice cream freezer as if I’m not even standing there. No closed while cleaning sign, no verbal greeting nor update given. Meanwhile water is coming out on the other side of the freezer near my feet. She walks off and gets a bucket and mops up the water.Customer service is definitely a thing of the past.

I ordered a Blas cappuccino and the worker there told me that he couldn't sell me that because he didn't know how to prepare it!! Que ? Bad service

Updated the rating from 1 star : the manager called me and offered to make it right. I turned down the offer because I did not want to return to that location, but I really appreciate the gesture.The older lady was very rude. She was yelling for another employee, very loud and unprofessionally. Then, she told people in line "yall just have to wait ". Then, after waiting in line with my child for about 10 min to get a milk shake, she said the blenders needed to be washed so she will not be making milk shakes. No apology, no offer to wash them while we wait...nothing. it was terrible. Very lazy and rude woman!

Don’t bother wasting your time coming here. The lady behind the counter is rude....horrible People...I will call Corporate!!
Gas station Baskin-Robbins can be hit or miss. It was a pretty slow day so we got service right away. Our server was very nice and gave my daughters samples of whatever they wanted with a smile on her face. On my visit I give this location solid marks on everything. Of course, it could go without saying but all of our choices were, with no surprise, delicious.

I’ve been there 3 times in the past couple of weeks, and each time it’s gotten worse. The service is always slow, the order has been messed up twice, and the attitude of the young lady fixing the order was pitiful. Maybe they should learn that without customers they wouldn’t have a job.
