Updated the rating from 1 star : the manager called me and offered to make it right. I turned down the offer because I did not want to return to that location, but I really appreciate the gesture.The older lady was very rude. She was yelling for another employee, very loud and unprofessionally. Then, she told people in line "yall just have to wait ". Then, after waiting in line with my child for about 10 min to get a milk shake, she said the blenders needed to be washed...
Gas station Baskin-Robbins can be hit or miss. It was a pretty slow day so we got service right away. Our server was very nice and gave my daughters samples of whatever they wanted with a smile on her face. On my visit I give this location solid marks on everything. Of course, it could go without saying but all of our choices were, with no surprise, delicious.
