After waiting a long time in the drive thru they finally took my order. Then they made me wait until the only car in front of me left the premises before they would let me pull to the window. They did this to everyone in line backing up the drive thru. At the window I watched two employees stand there and make one drink while a single employee made the food. It took 25 minutes to get one box meal.

This is usually my favorite Taco bell to go to but tonight when I went half of my order was wrong!!! They didn't give me my drink and had to be reminded of it. They also left out a 5 layer burrito that I paid for.

What in God's name is this?? This is the 2nd time we've ordered the 2 cheesy dipping burritos and we thought they were on the small side the first time.. but THIS is ridiculous!! Mind you the receipt is for $6.02 after tax! There is no way this is right! Why are prices so high and quantities so low? I also wanted a small cup of cheese sauce but didn't order it because it was $1.99! For 2 ounces of cheese! I usually don't complain, but I'm posting this and I'm going back up there after work to show them the picture. We have to keep these businesses in check! It's highway robbery! (Not to mention taco bell is a multi billion dollar corporation who pays their employees the bare minimum!) I'm over this economy and over crooks in corporate offices bleeding the working man dry! 😡 😡 sheesh!!

Had my boyfriend go through drive through and order a large nacho fry, total was 3.72, women at the window proceeded to give him back .30 cents so i go inside to retrieve my $1 i was short, not much but money is money . And as the im assuming manager walks over to her and her drawer they have a word and as hes walking back to hand me my dollar she says “she down bad can i see her face” “nope never saw her before” and nothing else was said. rude to treat a paying customer this way on top of the fact she couldn't give me MY correct change, no apology nothing. this was my first time at this location and nothing but trash has come of it.

This location is my usual go to in a hurry because they tend to be very fast and well put together. On 12/10/24 at 9pm they somehow managed to put nasty onions inside our burrito and quesadillas. Onions don’t come on the steak grilled cheese burritos nor do they come on quesadillas so I’m not sure how tha happened but it ruined my lunch. Also the cashier left out my our empanada. The cashier had time to check her phone for 2 mins but not our bag. I hate to leave bad reviews but this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

We waited for 40 MINUTES! Went through the drive through never in my life have I ever waited that long for fast food. I could’ve got food quicker at a restaurant, absolutely ridiculous. Saw the workers inside just talking it up when the line was wrapped around the building. Got a halfway sorry and watered down drinks to finish it off, don’t go here especially if your in a rush.
Missing half my order. Went back. Still missing items then argued with me. I'm just going to.go somewhere else now on

Made a mobile order substituting potatoes for beef in a beefy 5-layer burrito. There was beef, no potato, and it wasn’t wrapped in the cheese and tortilla like it’s supposed to be. Additionally ordered a luxe cravings box which includes another beefy 5-layer burrito and the burrito in that box was only beans. No cheese, no meat. Only refried beans. Also not wrapped in cheese and tortilla.
Vegetarian options: Attempted to substitute potato for beef and still got beef so would not recommend to order anything that’s not automatically vegetarian.
