My husband and I stopped at Huddle House in McMinnville, TN last Monday. The young man up front seateus d near the front door. We ask to be moved over by the window. The young man.was somewhat okay with us moving to another table. By the window there was three tables, the table in the middle had a laptop. No employees at either table. We sat down and a female employee came over and told us the seat's in that section were for employees only. We left your restaurant unhappy. Turn customer's away won't keep you in business for much longer.

I have been to this HH and I'm from Alabama, this is by far one of the best places to eat. Wanna give a shout out to Winter, Angela and Ashley. They are the best anywhere. My western omelette was the very best.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Huddle House and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by our waitress Jennifer. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and promptly took our orders. Throughout our meal, she checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to refill our drinks. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out. I highly recommend dining at Huddle House and hope you get the chance to experience the outstanding service from such a dedicated waitress.

I found paper in my apple pie. Asked for it to be warmed up and they basically fried it in the microwave! Can not replace items on an entry (tried to replace my eggs because I'm allergic but could not) due to the rules of the establishment. Maybe it was a bad day for the place.
Dietary restrictions: They will not substitute anything no matter the issue.
I really don't know where to start so I will just jump in and make My statement. About a year ago while working 3rd shift I had been frequently going to the new Huddle house for takeout breakfast and living here in Tennessee poor service is pretty much expected so I ignored the first few incidents all while being patient & cordial. When it gets to the point of being ignored & patrons who arrived after Me being helped while I'm just awkwardly standing there embarrassed & getting the usual sour look & poor service all because I convey & reflect a darker perspective than the local hive mind and I don't look like every other customer. Dont take My word for it, go there, make a conscious effort to express individualism or look in any way different and see how poorly You get treated. I should not have to call the management, in tears, and ask why I was continuously treated so poorly, several mornings in a row when all I wanted was a hot breakfast because I was hungry. I will not buy anything locally because of how poorly local businesses treat anybody who is in any way different. I would rather eat from the garbage than to ever go to this Huddle house location. I have never been so embarrassed & humiliated in all My life. I will continue to raise awareness & communicate the risk of doing business at this location. It should be abstract and professional cordial service to all in compliance or it should be made a private establishment for the accepted. It's a shame that businesses like this still exist 25 years into the new millennium.

Had a wonderful breakfast experience this morning. Angela, our waitress, greeted us with a smile and when seating us made sure the table was dry from being cleaned a few minutes earlier. She was attentive during our entire meal making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have been taken care of any better. It seemed like mere minutes after ordering that our platters arrived. The food was delicious! My husband got the Philly cheesesteak omelette and said it was delicious. I got the ham and cheese omelette. The ham was tasty and the cheese gooey. I also enjoyed the raisin toast. All in all will be back soon. I'm already thinking about my next breakfast at Huddle House.
