Krystal use to be my favorite little burger place. Last 3 times I have been here. The burgers have no taste and the buns are soggy, water soaked. Not complaining, just telling it like it is/was.

Bought a Krystal bag of 12 cheese burgers through door dash the Krystal Price is 18.99 door dash up charged to 24. I don't have a problem with that but when I ask for no onions I at least expect them not to be in my food. Onions make me sick whenever I eat them. I got 5 dollars credit from door dash for 24 dollars of ruined food. And Krystal themselves wouldn't do anything to help me out now I gotta spend more money on more damn food
