Krystal use to be my favorite little burger place. Last 3 times I have been here. The burgers have no taste and the buns are soggy, water soaked. Not complaining, just telling it like it is/was.

Bought a Krystal bag of 12 cheese burgers through door dash the Krystal Price is 18.99 door dash up charged to 24. I don't have a problem with that but when I ask for no onions I at least expect them not to be in my food. Onions make me sick whenever I eat them. I got 5 dollars credit from door dash for 24 dollars of ruined food. And Krystal themselves wouldn't do anything to help me out now I gotta spend more money on more damn food

Good food and nice servers. I love the drive thru only. They have amazing fat french fries, the burgers were good too.
The food was awful. The chili cheese fries only filled about half the container they were served in, came with about a tablespoon of chili, and they 'forgot' the cheese. The sliders didn't even have beef patties, they are little squares of mystery meat thinner than deli meat. I give them 2 stars because at least the staff was friendly. I wouldn't recommend you eat here unless you did me wrong.
