Order not correct. Intercom doesn't work well so it's no wonder order is never right. Charged for cheese Krystals and a sub charge for added cheese when no cheese was wanted. Krystals are cold and taste old like they were made yesterday. The place is run down and should just be shut down if corporate doesn't care about the location. Definitely the worst chain to stop at in McMinnville.

The sweet tea was some reused unsweet tea I guess took a drink and felt like sand in my mouth after from the added sugar or sweet n low to a cold tea. All to say disgusting.

So tired going to Krystal pay 15.00 for 12 Krystal that’s not fresh and heated in microwave you can always tell taste like a wet dog smells if I wanted a nasty microwave burger could have went to store bought some out of freezer and microwave I went on a Saturday night at 7 pm no cars had my order ready instantly and they were not cooking them I do not understand why they cannot cook to order it’s not like it wouldn’t take a second for thin piece meat STOP the microwaving
