La Cazona Mexican Restaurant

Trash food. Had to go back in three times because they forgot an item, and then made it incorrectly when I reiterated to the hostess, who assured me it would be right. I get home, the food is dry and old. Hard to chew, and cold. I will never eat here again. Paying over $40 for trash food just isn’t worth it. Take your money elsewhere.

I ordered by doordash. The food arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the shredded chicken combo; a tamale, chili rellano and a enchilada with lettuce and cheese and a kids taco salad. And I paid extra for more rice and beans. The salad was fine. I only received the rice and beans that comes with the combination plate, no lettuce or cheese. Everything in the combination was saturated in the red sauce and was all you could taste. The tamale was dry and crumbly. I will not be ordering from them again.

The food was good, not great... the service was below par... we were forgotten... the order was not correct and yet when explained... it was not discounted or removed. This was a great restaurant at one time now it is lacking in many respects.

Beware, this restaurant charges significantly more for items than what their menu says. They refuse to correct the bill, and even justify doing this to the customer. La Cazona still gets as high as a 2 because the food was okay, standard order-at-table Mexican food. Not nearly as good as some of the tasty order-at-counter Mexican restaurants, but it was okay flavor.

This place use to be absolutely amazing i do not know what has changed we got food here yesterday I couldn't even eat most of the food the texture has changed the quality of their food has changed and every since about an hour after I ate ive been so SICK ALL NIGHT AND MORNING IT IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AMD THIS IS THE ONLY THING I ATE YESTERDAY OR THE DAY BEFORE again I dont know if owner has changed or staff or where they order from but I will not ever go back

The prices have gone up way too much. A meal that cost me $6.50 a month ago was now over $15.

The food has gone way down hill from what it was several years ago.
The staff is always very good at this restaurant. Now the have to apologize for the ridiculous price increases.

Who charges $5 for a side of rice?

What once was a pretty good restaurant has become a very overpriced rip-off joint.

The server was great, food was good. I went up front to pay and handed the man a 20, a 5 and a quarter. The exact amount of my bill. He handed me back my 20, and said it was 25$… then refused to acknowledge that my 5$ bill was missing… so my uncle went to pay my tab for me then I walked around the counter and the 5 dollar bill was on the ground by his foot. He still didn’t even acknowledge the issue… the fact that he treated me like I was crazy, and didn’t give him enough money when the money was at his feet was completely ridiculous.. i work in a restaurant, and this man should not be.
