Gosh we want to love this place so much! It’s beautiful however the kitchen staff ruin the beauty. We order the same plate each time we have been and it is never right. One time the poblano pepper was served with the cheese still ice cold , another time the pepper was pulled from the grease and not drained the entire plate was swimming in grease and the third time which was just last week the peppers were topped with red sauce and we had ordered cheese sauce on top when we told...read full review

Las Trojas Cantina Mexican Restaurant is considered one of the best Mexican food restaurants. The restaurant is authentic, immaculate, and has a beautiful bar with an array of drinks. Staff are friendly and prompt, serving fast and delicious food. The special dinner is filling and includes taco beef seasoned well, tamales with lots of filling, chili rellenos, Mexican rice, refried beans, and a chalupa. People plan to return to try specialty dishes. This newer Hispanic restaurant is exceptionally clean and inviting, with great and quick service. The whole building is very new and modern, with easy wheelchair accessibility. Quesadilla Hawaiian is a new favorite, with bacon adding a sweet/salty flavor. The manager on Wednesday was gracious.
