Deep dish pizza was so good! One of the best we’ve ever had. We also had their meatball sub, and it did not disappoint! The meatballs had a homemade taste as did the red sauce, the bread was fresh, delicious, and hearty enough to hold up to the thick sauce and meatballs without falling apart. Was driving through town and saw the food truck was just opening up for the day. I order up some lasagna and an Italian soda. While I waited and chatted with the owner I could see the fees vegetables and ingredients for many of the mine items being prepared. I could also smell the sauce marinated. Wow, what a treat….
