Just writing this review down as I wait for my delivery I ordered a moment ago. Didn't know there was other flavors of fries here I could get. So I ordered the cajun ones since I already had the plain ones before. Crossing my fingers they are good, cause next time I'll be getting the lemon pepper fries. But hey, if those cajun fries are good then expect this review to go up from four to five stars... other factors also play a role in this, but hey if this goes up to a five star then you guys earned it cause I don't usually leave those unless things were spectacular. Not perfect, but just really good kinda spectacular. I understand no one is perfect lol.

Been a very long time since going to Pizza Hut mostly because I have been eating Hunt Brothers Pizza for years! However me and the hubby was out in McMinnville and decided to go there. Very Good Pizza and the place was clean! They still have a salad bar which is a definite plus! We just got pizza and beer but will definitely go back!! Shannon was such a nice Waitress too! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The food tastes like Pizza Hut. The dine in space felt like a new age cafeteria. It was not the warm space I expected. Worse than this is that there was one server working the whole dining room on a Friday night. The front end definitely needed more help. She was literally running to make sure her tables were good. Even a busser would have been a major help. She was amazing, given how hard that night must have been.

Okay, let's start with the order. First of all, my dad basically wanted a large pizza, and he even hit the 2.50 for a large 2 pizza, and you know that really messed up that you literally didn't really read the direction that he specifically said for what he wanted done, and you didn't do it. You have one job, Pizza Hut. Sure thing! Here's a review for you: I have had a generally positive experience with the service provided. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they strive to meet customer needs. However, there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and attention to detail. On several occasions, I have noticed lapses in service quality that could be easily rectified with better oversight and adherence to procedures. Overall, while I appreciate the efforts made, I believe that with more consistency and a stronger commitment to doing their job correctly, the service could truly excel.

The new remodel for the pizza hut in McMinnville, Tennessee is horrible. There's nothing to keep the echoing of your conversation down. It's not warm and inviting. It's cold like a prison cafeteria. It's just not good anymore. Zero out of 5 stars for atmosphere.
Vegetarian options: They have one vegetarian option and that's it.

Well, we went to the McMinnville Pizza Hut for dinner on 10-15-24. UG!! The only good thing is that the waitress is still friendly, cheerful, polite, and helpful. Sadly, that may end as the other five employees stayed in the back talking and leaning on the prep area, waiting for work to come to them. They left ALL customer interaction to the one waitress. Pizza Hut destroyed the little atmosphere of the "old" Hut had by replacing the booths with the cheapest tables they could find and the hardest chairs, which absorb the cold and send it through your body. Another customer thought it was a glorified fast food place, but tonight, it wasn't fast. He also likened it to McDonald's, but McDonald's has a better atmosphere on its worst day. I would liken the atmosphere of the newly remodeled Pizza Hut to an elementary school cafeteria. One hidden "plus" was that the cooking time was reduced, so if you left your teeth at home, the pizza bread was so undercooked that teeth were not needed; gumming would be enough. A cup of coffee would help the cold atmosphere and temperature, but that, too, is missing. The bottom line is the remodel of our Pizza Hut will help other restaurants in town increase patronage.
