The food tastes like Pizza Hut. The dine in space felt like a new age cafeteria. It was not the warm space I expected. Worse than this is that there was one server working the whole dining room on a Friday night. The front end definitely needed more help. She was literally running to make sure her tables were good. Even a busser would have been a major help. She was amazing, given how hard that night must have been.

First of all, my dad basically wanted a large pizza, and he even hit the 2.50 for a large 2 pizza, and you know that really messed up that you literally didn't really read the direction that he specifically said for what he wanted done, and you didn't do it. You have one job, Pizza Hut. Sure thing! Here's a review for you: I have had a generally positive experience with the service provided. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they strive to meet customer needs. However, there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and attention to detail. On several occasions, I have noticed lapses in service quality that could be easily rectified with better oversight and adherence to procedures. Overall, while I appreciate the efforts made, I believe that with more consistency and a stronger commitment to doing their job correctly, the service could truly excel.

The new remodel for the pizza hut in McMinnville, Tennessee is horrible. There's nothing to keep the echoing of your conversation down. It's not warm and inviting. It's cold like a prison cafeteria. It's just not good anymore. Zero out of 5 stars for atmosphere.

Had a great time eating lunch out with my daughter. The buffet was great, though it wouldn't hurt to have a bigger non-pizza selection.
It was very good all the way around. I worked for Pizza Hut in Dickson, Tennessee and Chattanooga, Tennessee years ago. I think this Pizza Hut is more like it used to be and that was very relaxing. It still had the bring the family out to eat feeling. Not a fast food restaurant feeling. I enjoyed my dinner there. I wish we had one here in Pikeville, Tennessee.
Sign at pizza hut says big new Yorker is $13.99 . That is the banner as I drive in. They refuse to honor that banner. They charged $19.99 for that new Yorker. I am pissed!!!

This is a classic Pizza Hut. Traditional 4 person booths, nice employees and that sort of dark pizzeria dinning room with booths lining the walls. I eat hear about once a week and I've never been disappointed.
