Delicious pupusas! Even balance between the masa and stuffing. ¡Perfecto! The sauce is flavorful with a mild kick. The salad mix pairs well with the papusas, though I think it would benefit from some diced tomatoes—and thank you for not using cilantro! I stopped by here today and tries their pupusas. It was different from what I usually get from a Mexican restaurant. I liked them and would go there again.
