“I love the extra fries they give you in the bag. I order lightly salted fries. The fries are what make the visit worthwhile. The hamburger is fine and I appreciate getting grilled onions, peppers, etc. as topics.“

“It was a pleasant turnaround from our last visit. We hadn't been to Red Robin in Jackson in well over a year because of our last experience. At that time the service was terrible, the food quality had slipped, and it literally broke my heart to come to terms with the diminishing standard.

Today was a complete 180 from our experience last year. Under new management, I spoke with Managing partner, Jeff Brewer, and I gave him and his staff the review they have worked so hard to earn. Chris was our waiter and he was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond to make the experience all that it was meant to be. He was actually the shift supervisor and was out waiting tables, leading by example. I strongly urge people to give Red Robin in Jackson a second chance! They are working hard to restore the image!“

“Ordered dinner for myself on the app then checked in at the drive through. The Whopper was well-made and the fries were perfect. Though there weren't but 2 customers inside, this location is very efficient compared to the other Jackson locations.“

“I was picking up a delivery for Door Dash. I didn't know that I was going to have to return for 3 more orders last night. Each time I returned to pick my order, I was always treated polite and courteous.

Parking: A u shape parking lot around the main building with approximately 60 parking spaces“

“Stopped by Sunday (09-21-25) about 7:15pm. The young woman working the drive through window had a great personality and great service. We ordered item that required some wait for fresh preparation. We were asking to pull up and they would bring it out. After an appropriate wait out food came out hot and fresh. As I was about to pull off, my passenger noticed we were short two pies. However, before we could even put our van in park, the same young woman was running out with our pies to catch us before we pulled off. She apologized and we all laughed about. She had a great smile and attitude. Most places/people would have just let the customer drive and apply if the customer came back in. She did her job well and with enthusiasm. That is an individual i would hire (steal away) if I had a business in that area.

“Even though we had to wait for our food for as long as we did, there is a girl that looks like Wendy and she provided excellent, professional and fun. Made the wait worth it and ensure the food was fresh and it was! Way to go Wendy's! Made sure to ask my kid what was their favorite color and gave the toy to match his color.“

“There is an Employee there that always tells people how beautiful they are even on days that they might look a mess she's always happy and giving out compliments at the drive through. She tells everyone have a good day! I've heard many other people talk about how she made their day better! Haven't seen her in a while, I really hope she's still there!“

“I’m sitting in the parking lot typing this, because this is the best sonic blast I’ve ever had in my life. As a longtime sonic fan, I have a very specific order, and sonics across the country get it right probably 15% of the time. Yes, somehow, this sonic went above and beyond and not only got it right, but made it darn good. 10/10 very very hype. My car hop was super sweet as well“

“Ordered ice cream, popcorn chicken, and a free large groovy fry at 7:15am.
It was out quickly, and fresh.

The mixins for the ice cream were perfectly distributed throughout, the fries were crispy, and the chicken was delicious.“
