We came here from out of town and stopped in for their Happy Hour. When I tell you that these were the cleanest shucked oysters I've ever had in my life, I'm not kidding. Andre was an absolute gem, and we'll be back when we return to Memphis.

Feels like a new age steak restaurant with high ceilings and comfy chairs and nice table cloths. Lighting was dim and I needed my iPhone flashlight and the music might have been a hair louder than it could have been requiring me to talk a bit louder and listen a bit more closely than normal. The service was impeccable and profoundly helpful and attentive. Advice on what to order was spot on. The food was perfect. The fillet was expertly seasoned and cooked just right. It was tender and toothsome. The garlic accompaniment was stellar. The Caesar salad was also noteworthy with fresh and crisp greens and a perfectly prepared dressing. It was not inexpensive. My company paid and I had plenty of per diem, so I was not price sensitive; but I'd be careful if you were on a tight budget. I will come back!

We visited 117 Prime for the first time. The four of us really enjoyed the experience. We were promptly seated, ordered drinks, a dozen oysters and enjoyed our pre dinner experience. Dinner was good including a NY strip, a Wagyu steak and filet, sides were good, baked potato, spinach, scalloped potatoes and turnip greens. The only very disappointing experience was asking multiple times from our waiter Adam, he acted not interested or didn't care even though I asked three times for an old fashioned. Bar was not busy yet he finally brought my cocktail about the time it was for desert. Hopefully Adam will care next time if not I'll ask for a manager. I liked the atmosphere that was more upbeat than a usual fine dining stuffy steakhouse.

The Worst steak house I have ever been! Our steak was so burnt outside but so raw and even the appetizers, the soup was too watery like it was reheated. the side dish was hot on the top but cold in the middle, like they microwave food and all I can tasted was salt (my husband loves salt but even he couldn’t eat it). $500 dinner for two isn’t worth spending at this restaurant. ?

It was classic - felt like taking a step back in time. The bartender made you feel like you were at Cheers- where everybody knows your name. The drinks were superb and the food delicious. Service was impeccable.

We ate here last night and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We shared the 18 ounce bone in ribeye that was cooked medium rare to medium which is how we wanted it. The collard greens and potatoes au gratin were delicious. Our server, Chris, was very attentive and explained everything on the menu to us. The hostess was very nice and seated us promptly. The atmosphere was wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant!
