I’m not sure if the place is under new management or what but the last 2x I’ve come to 18Wayz I’ve been disappointed but not with the food. A few months ago I ordered & paid for wings only to arrive and be told that all the chicken was taken to the Ford plant ! Tried again on 12/7/24 ordered & paid online at 7:42pm arrived at 8:00pm and the place was closed as myself and another customer looked at each other in surprise. Thank God I used a CC and got my money back fairly quick but this is ridiculous because people are driving from other parts of town only to be inconvenienced by the establishment, I don’t even live in Memphis myself! Shame on you 18 Wayz

Rude people ? Stood in line for 30mins to get to the front and cashier walks off didn't return. Last next to her (cashier)didn't have a clue about what was going on and continued to help other customer that wasn't even in the long line!

This used to be my favorite wing spot but not anymore. They say they’re open from 5pm -2am yet when I came to pickup my online order at 7:30pm the doors were locked and no one was inside. Why am I still able to order online if they aren’t even open? Why did they not turn off online ordering? And to add salt to the wound, I checked their facebook page ahead of placing my order just to make sure they were open. Nothing was posted! It’s a shame that somewhere that has such good food is being run inconsistently. I hope all is well with the owners, but this is no excuse. Sadly, this isn’t my first time dealing with inconveniences from 18 Wayz. I hope that charge on my card doesn’t go through or there will be much bigger fish to fry.

Please do not waste your time! The girl up front said they didn’t have whole wings they had party wing. We got tiny whole wings that were mis-cut. Terrible The sauce is not edible like they stated in previous comments. I’m very upset that I wasted my time and money. Nobody was in there either. That’s a big red flag. ? eww ? 12:30 AMon Saturday

This used to be my favorite wing spot in the city! Sadly on my last visit with my family I was for lack of a better term dissatisfied. Service was lackluster and my sweet chili wings had no sweet or chili and they were fried beyond belief. I may try 1 more time before I give up forever

The two 6 piece wings one was season and the other one was honey gold was not it. The wings was smaller than a pinkie finger and hard. The burger was burned and salty. The fries were dark and made out of potatoes that was salty. Just a waste of money, food was not worth 31 dollars.

Tried to enjoy this spot for the first time but my friends and I did not get to enjoy the atmosphere because the manager was too busy going off on the employees because they did not attend to us (the customers) and nobody asked if water was needed, a drink, food, hooka, or ANYTHING so we left. We may try again another weekend. Maybe..... if we go again, I may change my rating if the vibe and experience meet our basic standards of a night out on the town.

Listen, I have NEVER tasted wings this delicious! The flavors with the funny names are my favorites. "Dat Therr", "O.M.G.", and others. Off. The. Chain. The only drawback for me was the explicit rap that was being played over the system. Since I always get mine to go, it's not a big deal. The owner is a good dude, and a smart man. I don't eat wings from anyplace else. Oh, and the Getwell location is open from 5pm to 3am. Closed on Sunday & Monday.
They say they are open till 3am but when we showed up around 10pm the doors were locked but the building was packed and someone at the door said they wasn't open. I guess update y'all stuff please! Was gonna be our first time trying them. But unfortunately did not get to...... We were looking forward to it too!

Bad service and wings had poor quality and taste. I ordered a cheeseburger with seasoned cut fries on Friday through an online order. After having my ordered confirmed online when I arrived to the location they could not find my order. I was told to contact menufy which is their third party online service. After speaking with menufy and having their representative contact the restaurant I was then told that they had no cheeseburgers and I could replace it with something else. I tried their honey gold wings even though this is not what I ordered. The quality of the wings were poor. Had been wanting to try this place since they came to the area and to support black owned restaurants. But will not be going again and will be sharing with everyone not too. This business will be out of this neighborhood within 5 years due to the lack of organization and and the quality does not match their prices
