I have eaten here before and it was okay at best. I wanted to try again because I love supporting my community. I had the small catfish dinner. Fish was fried in old grease, green beans was straight out the can but hush puppies were good.
I feel you are giving a disservice to your customers when you just throw sides to a meal. Straight out the can, no onions, no seasonings, just heated! That’s no cool when fast food places like KFC and captain D’s can season better.

Website said they close at 6p. Went at 5.25p n they were closed! Should have indicated on website they were closing early. Just inconvenient.
I had almost given up on ordering food out because lately the food has been horrible. For restaurants to think that consumers can't tell if food has been fried in grease, used over and over again is beyond me. But when I tell you this meal was 🔥. The order was correct. The service was awesome. All I can say is keep doing what you're doing . Please don't lack your service or food, and you will have a regular customer with me

Amazing catfish!! We stopped just to try the catfish and it didn't disappoint. I don't usually like hush puppies but these were outstanding!

Ordered small catfish fillet dinner with mac n chz and sweet potatoes, service was fast under 15 min wait time on a Saturday but my meal was not good at all. The fish is most definitely not catfish, catfishbhas a distinct taste as for swai is plain and the meat is mushy unlike flaky catfish. Please stop passing 2nd had products for real, people pay good money for what they expect is good local farm raised CATFISH not swai or boxed swai... Highly disappointed in this meal, was my cheat meal also waited all week to be disappointed 😞 gots to be a sign from God. Make sure to ask if it's Swai or Catfish upon ordering for accuracy

It is a Memphis Catfish joint. Now, when I come to Memphis, it is MY Catfish joint.
I am adding to the post, since there seems to be a lot of views.
I took my Mom here. Wonderful catfish. Good neighborhood, bad neighborhood? I have always thought Memphis had soul. And if yours is good, you stay out of trouble. I just know I want to go back for more catfish. And if I should die while eating catfish at The Catfish Station on Knight Arnold in Memphis? Well, that would be just slightly less satisfying than going in my sleep.
