This was my first time visiting and only ordered dessert because we had already eaten else where. I lost my phone after we left but on our way home to Arkansas, I tasted the strawberry cake and it was the best I have had and the lemon cake was outstanding. I will definitely visit back to have some bbq for sure. The staff were friendly and professional as well.

As a Chicago native, I believeA&R has the BEST bbq in Memphis! The location is not convenient for me, but I always stop in coming from the airport. Today, I realized my order was wrong after making it home. I called and was given instructions, from a nice young lady , to correct it. When I arrived, Terrence took care of the error immediately and was so kind, charismatic and compassionate. Excellent experience!

My boyfriend swears bout this place. It’s always a hit and miss for me but this place is definitely a hood staple. Last recent order was smoked wings. You would have thought they were pigpen wings how small they were. U know that were small if I order a 6 piece and got 9, probably equaling to 4 wings.

I came all the way from Houston, Texas to taste some good Memphis BBQ and a couple of people referred me to this location. The portion of the food is good, I was told to try the rib tip plate. The ribs was so tough that I didn't finish my food and threw it away when I got back to the hotel. I'm used to tender ribs.

BBQ beef sandwich was delicious. We came in around 3;30 & this was pretty busy all the time we were there. I take this as a good sign about how great their food is.

Me and my two sisters stopped here on a random adventure we decided to take Christmas Eve Eve we all three got the rib plate. The food was amazing ribs were excellent loved the Cole slaw!!! Also had fried pickles, onion rings, okra and seasoned fries. Would definitely recommend and be back if ever in the neighborhood!!
I went in to order the jumbo combo pork shoulder meal. Didn't have any large buns. So I settled for the barbeque nachos instead big mistake they were disgusting wasn't hot wasn't enough meat or jalapenos peppers. Will not be going back.

Very disappointed I thought when you get the family pork shoulders meal that you get a full shoulders meat. The container was big but the meat was not full at all maybe 3/4 of meat. I mean if I had known I would have gotten an extra family pack. This is not my first time getting this order. I always have been able to feed my family of four with this meal. When the meat is full to the top not half way. Now I gotta find something else to eat because not enough...
