Chef Derrick served our guests at my daughters wedding reception and everyone enjoyed it so much! The fish tacos and catfish were delicious. They are such great people and the food was excellent! They even prepared a special dinner for the bride and groom as a gift. Thank you so much!
A Square Meal on Wheels served at my daughter's graduation party last night & they were phenomenal! So easy to work with on scheduling, the menu, and the pricing. Our guests raved about the food! Best part - they pulled up, cooked, served, and I was able to enjoy the party without having to spend hours preparing food, cooking, then cleaning up. They did it all! Thank you guys so much! It was a pleasure working with you.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Chef Derrick Clark and His lovely wife, Mrs. LaQuonta Clark, along with their team of dedicated workers are awesome. My husband and I hosted our annual "Love on Fire Gala" here on February 10, 2017, and we were extremely pleased and completely satisfied with the overall experience. The food was "slap your mama" good. I have never tasted lamb so tender, I hardly had to chew. It almost melted in my mouth, and this is no stretch...
