Be Careful When Ordering From this Restaurant! On my recent visit my order didn’t match what I received, and the receipts had errors that resulted in overcharges. Not only is there an automatic 18% GRATUITY but the staff also didn't completely correct things when it was pointed out to them out. Be sure that you double-check everything before leaving and ensure it's accurate before paying.
Hopefully the restaurant addresses these issues soon because the experience could be much smoother with more attention to detail.

This is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants. I love hibachi. However, all hibachi restaurants don’t deliver the quality that I am seeking. The seasoning of the food at A-Tan is always perfect. No extra seasonings are needed. I don’t have to drench my food with sauces either because the taste is always good.

Had a great experience at A-Tan restaurant today. Great service, awesome customer service, they were accurate with my order and very attentive throughout the meal. I will definitely back here regularly. Check in with Tristina, had a really Good Time ❗️

I had an amazing time Tuesday night the owner made sure everything was great ... It's so good to see a manager that's hands on .. great conversation great vibes .. the food and drinks never let me down ❤️❤️❤️

A Tan is really good! The vibe, and food was amazing. Tristen was my bartender and let me tell you she poured some fine liquor! She was absolutely sweet and I can’t wait to see her again. Check out A-Tan!

The new plants make the atmosphere warmer. The food is as always wonderful. The server and one of the owners greeted us and served us. It was a wonderfully pleasant experience. So happy to still have A-Tan in the community. Thanks Tristina.

They did not want to move us to another table because 4 people can’t get their own table but then another group of 4 came in and GOT THEIR OWN TABLE!! They also charged me an 18% gratuity WITHOUT TELLING US and it was NOT worth MY money!!

The chicken and shrimp portions were FOR A KID!! The noodles and rice portions was not enough. 2/10 service.

I placed a to go order and upon receiving the order I asked for soy sauce they stated it was in the bag. I checked the bag before I left and there was non in the bag. I went back to get the soy sauce and the cashier wanted argue with me that there was soy sauce in the back. I went to get the bag to show them no soy sauce was in the bag. Arguing with a customer about soy sauce is very unprofessional.

We took our kids for hibachi tonight and I will never take my family back after the experience we had. The ventilation system at our table did not work or was nonexistent. The smoke constantly blew into the faces and eyes of my young children and we had to move them to other seats to avoid it as best we could. The air quality was awful and we left with irritated eyes and throats. The staff did and said nothing. Very disappointing experience.

The food was Luke warm and appeared to be old, or reheated... The water was great
