Table wasn't very clean and they were out of ice and napkins at the table. Chicken came out hot and I loved the toast.

My young child and I have been weekly customers at this location for a couple of years. We recently stopped visiting because they've switched the grease to beef tallow which is unhealthy. It's also not vegan friendly to those who come for fries. The nuggets and fries are no longer crispy. It's made us feel bad after eating. And the smell from outside no longer says chicken, it smells of a burger joint. The employees have seen a drop in customers. They've asked me could I tell the difference because we're there weekly as our after church snack. We will not return until the grease is changed back. I've read up on the tallow and seen restaurant critics speak on it. It is not good!

I wasn’t expecting it to be so darn great.
Menu wasn’t 3 or 4 pages long with 20 different dishes but the few things they did have 😮‍💨 ALL were delicious 😋 Even the macadamia cookies 🥴 Evrythng had a taste tht yu wouldn’t want to leave or yu will for sure want more and more of 🤤 From the sauces to the toasted bread. Nothing was a miss. Please please check in at your nearest ABNERS and leave a review.
I will definitely be bck to Memphis for it FAST 🚗💨💨😊

I come here EVERY day after school, and it never disappoints! It’s the perfect place at Crosstown, so good that when me and my friends are just walking around the Concourse, we always end up at Abner’s. It’s great for a snack, lunch, or full on dinner!

Food was disgusting and cold. The cashier could barely speak proper English and she smelt horrible! I can’t believe someone recommended me this garbage!!!

My mama wanted to check out Cross Town so we came on the weekend around noon. This is the place she decided to eat at.

You order at the counter and they will bring your food to you. My mama order the chicken quesadilla and thought they were delicious. I ordered the 3 strips as spicy garlic parmesan. The spice level was perfect. I got to try 2 of their sauces. Sauces were pretty plain.

No complaints. Prices are fair and food is good. Venue was clean, service was relatively quick, and plenty of places to sit. I would return.

I had a great experience at Abner’s Chicken in the Memphis Concourse. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful—especially the chicken tenders, which were perfectly cooked and had a nice crunch without being greasy. The sauce selection was solid, and everything came out quickly despite the lunchtime rush. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the dining area could have been a bit cleaner. Other than that, it’s a solid spot for a quick, tasty meal, and I’d definitely come back!

Ordered the wing and tender combo told them I wanted them dipped in lemon pepper hot and ordered double fries instead of Cole slaw . Got my order they didn’t dipped them or give me double fries they gave me Cole slaw I went back. Waiting 10-15mins just for the guy to come give me fries tenders still wasn’t correct. If I’m paying $17 for food atleast give me what I asked for. Too pricy to be getting orders messed up.
