I ordered 3 meals. First was 6 wings with twisty fries. Half Abners Gold and Half Spicy Garlic Parmesan. I received half Spicy Garlic Parmesan and half Buffalo with regular fries that were cold. Second was an Abners wrap. It had no lettuce. Third was a 2 piece snack with cool ranch. I received a 6 piece with Abners sauce and cold fries. On top of that I had to wait several minutes after the estimated time. There were no other customers in the restaurant when I picked it up, but the cook was busy talking to a female (I assume his girlfriend) at the kitchen door for several minutes. After leaving and eating my sorry food, I called the restaurant to complain, but no one answered the phone. I drove back to the store, again to find no customers inside. When I told the employee what happened. She said they didn’t hear the phone ring and offer to fix more food. I declined, because I don’t trust food fixed after a complaint. I sure am glad I tipped that 20% when I ordered. No telling what I would have gotten if I didn’t. Needless to say, this was my last time eating here.

Food is nothing special. I ordered two flavors on my wings and only got one which was supposed to be hot but literally tasted like nothing. The tenders taste like they’ve been cooked and some dirty grease area was filthy and the floor was wet and slippery. I almost fell. I ordered three sauces, extra for two of them and only received one of which I was going to use the least and a cup of ketchup when I don’t even have any fries I ordered a baked potato that was so hard. I couldn’t even eat it because it was breaking the plastic fork . Cold food items in a box with hot food should be common sense that that is a no no in food service. I read the reviews before trying this place and I’ve been considering giving it a shot even though it has a ton of bad reviews but here is one more because, this is ridiculous

To add a side costs 1.95 so I figured I'd get some cheesy pasta they call it. It's watered down mac and cheese in a bowl that's less than halfway full. I counted it's 11 pieces of macaroni. First time coming here and it will be my last.

I decided to stop here because I always pass by, and I'm glad I did it reminds me of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers with the tenders and texas toast and the abner's sauce i dip my fries in. They have some pretty good chicken wings, I always get the lemon pepper.

Chelsea was very good with Brian and my questions we have not yet tried the food here until today me and my friend had the tenders and wings combo the food was spot on the seasoning was amazing Chelsea was very sweet and kind we highly recommend coming here and come see Chelsea for your famous chicken

My fiancé and I love this place! The food is always hot and delicious, and the customer service we receive is always outstanding. They always load you up when you ask for double fries!!! Chelsea is very kind, attentive, and always has a smile on her face. Amazing manager. She's the reason we come so often!
