6. Firfir (Abyssinia Beef Stuffing)
A traditional combination of Injera sauteed with special blend of beef stew on a platter sprinkled with fresh jalapenos.
5. Minchet Abish (Abyssinia Ground Beef Stew)
A red ground beef stew cooked in a specially blended pure filtered butter with a mixture of onions, garlic, hot chili pepper herb and ginger. Served with a two vegetables of choice and homemade cottage cheese.

Lamb and Goat
7. Yesbeg Tibes (Stir Fried Lamb)
Half a pound of lamb sauteed with onion, garlic, and specially blended spicy pure filtered butter served with awaze. Served with two veggies of choice.
8. Lamb or Beef Meat Fitfit
Prepared with onion, garlic, ginger, jalapeno pepper, specially blended spicy pure filtered butter, and turmeric. Scrambled with injera bread softened with sauce.

Cubed salmon sauteed with onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, and olive oil. Choose two veggies as sides.

Half pound of fresh tilapia fish sauteed in olive oil with onion, jalapeno pepper, olive oil, and Ethiopian spices.

My husband and I and 3 kids decided to try out Abyssinia today while passing through Memphis. I had been wanting to try Ethiopian food and I’m so glad we decided to come here. The lady here said 2 of the vegetarian platters would be plenty for us all so that’s what we got. My kids really enjoyed the bread and putting all the different things in it. It was all delicious. Highly recommend this place! I’d give it 5 stars if happy cow would allow

My wife and I love the food. We took our daughter for the first time and she enjoyed it as well. Definitely worth a stop if you love Ethiopian food. If you've never had it, you should pop in and give it a try.

Wish I lived closer! I would come here all the time. The food was made in house and cooked with passion. First time having Ethiopian food, fantastic!
