Adline Hot Wings Express

Adline has really went down. The customer service is HORRIBLE. No friendly greetings. I walked in and I thought no one was at work. Then a young girl popped up from behind the counter on her phone. The days of great or even a half of good customer service is gone and I hate to say this, but our own people are the worse.

I miss the old crew from years ago because this new generation is not it. Please also stay stocked with everything that is needed including the wing sauces. The young girl today act like she could care less that you all were out of it.

We try to support our own and wonder why we go to the others. Even if their food isn't the best. Customer service goes a long way.

Very dark and uninviting when entering. None of the employees are friendly,everybody just stares as you come to the counter no greetings or anything. Female cashier with the locs and glasses attitude and demeanor is very poor and cold, no customer service skills whatsoever. Food was not too bad but fries were cold and soggy. Wings were cooked well but super small 6.5/10 would not recommend

They are so slow it makes no since. Tell you 10 minutes then you waiting 45 minutes for some chicken that takes no more than 10 minutes to cook

Ate the whole combo outside in the car! Adlines has the best (especially) honey gold/honey hot and seasoned wings in the city. Awesome product when consistent. I've been a satisfied customer for about 17 years.

Sometimes I love Adlines and sometimes it’s a huge disappointment. Tonight was on the disappointment side. Fries didn’t seem fresh but that’s forgivable enough. The worst part is the wings. Half or more of the wings are just so dry, even the ones in sauce. They’re no longer enjoyable to eat at that point l, but I paid so I eat them because I don’t feel like finding out if I’ll be met with attitude or not. On top of all this the menu on delivery services is always changing in some way or another. The drinks selections are not well maintained. And the quality of customer service is a hit or Miss. I would really love to have nothing but or mostly positive things to say about a black-owned business in Raleigh, but goodness y’all are not making it easy.

The cashier name Jazmyne is really nice and polite and the tall cook Cortez cook the wings good just right!
