Don’t go here if you have plans within 2 hours. We came for dinner prior to a show at Playhouse On The Square. It took 1 hour to get our 2 pizzas and we had to get our check and boxes immediately. There was only 3 other tables dining, so being busy was not an excuse. Absolutely crazy to wait over an hour for food.

Had a great time with family at Midtown Aldo’s! Enjoyed the best garlic knots and tried the Bbq pizza along with the Cole slaw on top and it was fabulous! Out Great server was Andrew and he was very attentive and so friendly! Ask for him!

Some of the best Pizza I've ever had. Our server was Ada's Mom and she hooked us up. Our 1st time there and she gave us the game on that menu. Get the Vodka Sauce and try the Gina Bellina Pizza. We will be back.

Best pizza in Memphis. Memorably friendly staff. Excellent lunch specials and kids' meal.
They do include gratuity in their bills automatically which I APPRECIATE. Aldo's values their employees and it shows, and they are obviously worth it.
I do warn my kids every single week - if you want pizza on Friday night, order EARLY or plan to wait. Plan accordingly, but understandable given the incredible place.

Food is good, especially the Cuban sandwich I tried on my latest visit. Pizza is NY-style. Not a fan of metal pizza pans as plates. Love the rooftop dining area—very unique for the area. Prices are a little high and 20% gratuity is automatic.

This place was recommended to me, and it was a great choice. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was lively. I thought it would take a while to arrive at my table because it was pizza, but it didn't. I didn't have to wait that long. Highly recommended. One downside is the very small parking lot.

We celebrated my son’s graduation there on Sunday and it was perfect!! Our server Andrew was the best with great service and suggestions. The food was delicious and the guys loved the T-Rex!! Highly recommend for your celebration or just a fantastic lunch!!🍕❤️👨‍🎓

Waited an hour and a half for undercooked pizza. Word of advice, if you can’t handle the volume of to go & dine-in, stop to go orders. This was truly terrible. Luckily our server was an angel, but still terrible night Aldo’s!

Went in to pick up takeout and left with three pies. Lombardi was good, really good. The marg was a dud, even lovingly reheated. The jalapeño chicken thing just made me want street tacos. So yeah, looks like a really cool place for a beer and a slice. Solid tap roster at first glance, pie of the day, I’ll go back but not for takeout.

Everything was AMAZING. I went a couple of months ago to the one in downtown and it was not so good as this one. I will definitely come back

My friend and I decided to tried Aldo's on August 31st, 2024 and it definitely was worth it. When we walked inside the restaurant we were greeted immediately and waste no time getting in our seats. Our server Ashley made sure we didn't have to wait long for our order. Ashley kept checking on us to make sure our orders are right. My friend and I tried the garlic knots with the tomato sauce was a perfect appetizer before our pizzas. I decided to build my own pizza with pepperoni, caramelized onion, and bacon. The caramelized onion were a little too burnt for me, but the pepperoni, bacon, and the crust helped neutralize the burnt flavor of the onion. Definitely a place I will go again.

I would recommend Aldo's to anyone looking for a high-quality pizza in the midtown area. The pizzas come out piping hot and very delicious, leaning towards a New York-style crust. Wait staff is on point and everyone inside seemed happy to be there enjoying or serving great pizza. Taking their pizza to-go is a good option too. Special shout out to their vodka sauce - super flavorful with a bit of a kick - get it either on the pie or on the side for dipping. Check your receipt and ask for an itemized copy if need be, as Aldo's adds 20% to every dine-in check and I believe 7% to take-out. I totally understand why the business would add gratuity, and there are several very clear signs both in the building and on the menu that state this, which is appreciated.
