Incredible food taste, quality and presentation

Went with my husband for dinner. Place was ok. They played such loud music it was hard to hear. Waiter took a while to take our order. Portion sizes was very small and food was over priced. Not worth it. Paid $8 for a humus appetizer and it was smaller than an average saucer size. Lot of hype but was very disappointed.

On the one hand, they’ve gotten some new furniture and serving dishes.

However, now you’re being charged $2 per serving of WATER.

Also, they’re 50% accurate on what’s actually available from the menu. A lot of dishes just aren’t available for whatever reason on multiple trips.

Normally this place would be 4 or 5 stars but the lack of consistency and the new $2 up charge for water just knocks it all the way down.

Really guys? $2 for water? Call me crazy, but every restaurant I’ve been to gives you water for free.

We had the family platter and it was absolutely fantastic. The hummus and yogurt sauce started everything off and it was amazing. The lamb, beef, chicken kebabs that came with the dinner were amazing. We were really happy to find this place in Memphis!

On top of all of that the deserts were great and the waiter we had did everything perfectly. He checked on us, was attentive, but left us alone to sit around and chat for quite awhile.

We've had delivery a few times, and it was really good. But in person, it was even better.

I can't say better things about Ali Baba and would recommend this to anyone.

I ordered through uber eat chicken shawrma, I don't understand why its sweet, dry. I did eat on the restaurant before and it was ok however after this no way I will order from them again.

If you want to taste a decent shwarma go to cedars or other restaurant.

EVERYthing that I have ever ordered was so flavorful and must be prepared by someone who takes care and pride in the dishes they prepare. This is my new favorite Mediterranean Restaurant.

The real-life experience at Alibaba was far from charming. We were relegated to wait only to endure lackluster service and mediocre food for the price. All entrees except one were delivered. Our waiter Eyad seemed unfamiliar with the mobile payment device, and failed in his first attempt to process the payment. Instead, he tried to charge us extra tip on the payment machine other than what was on the bill.
