Quita was very rude and unaware of what was to be included in online menu items. In turn I did not receive my complete order. Overall All Star has amazing food and is a good company but under no circumstances would I recommend the Kirby Location.

Placed an order arrived to pick it up establishment was locked and lights where off i pulled up at 8:55pm no hours posted on the door but google says 9:30pm. Staff was also seen peeking out from the curtain in the kitchen. No courtesy call or anything. never returning.

Read on fb that they had the best fried fish in the city!! ??? The fish was decent but definitely not the best in the city. I couldn’t eat the fries bc they were just so bland and i didn’t receive ketchup. I’ve had a burger from here and it SMACKS.Customer service is always the same just ok!!
