Normally this has been my go to for hot wings. I have noticed the last few times of going, its getting more worse every time. The employee turnover rate has to be ultimately high the crew that was in there just didnt care. Last night I went and ordered a 5 piece honey hot combo.it was not the flavor I ordered and on top of that I found multiple pieces of hair in my food. I just threw it in the trash because I stay to far to take it back. I really hate this experience because now I have to find another hot wing restaurant to start going to after this experience. I will not return. Watch your food when you order from here.

I’m an out of towner first time in Memphis and I heard a lot about some food places but all star wings stuck out the most. First walking in the door was held open by a young man who worked there so I was already impressed. Going to cashier her name was Alexandria a very pretty lady who suggest the all star special with the flavor spice season wet….OMG I had to tip her and the kitchen for this outstanding combo. It was fresh and hot . Seasoned just right. Once again I wan thank Alexandria for being very hospitable and having professional manners. I will be back again to cater my tour group.

Keisha is the perfect hostess and cashier!! Very professional,patient and accurate food order checking. She opens your food order and lets verify. Politely suggests and recommends alternative menu items if needed. The head cook can be heard following up on food item availability and needs. He is calm and diligent. By far the best and most professional atmosphere anyone can come. When I was there it was a diverse clientele in the dining area.

My husband placed an order over the food. I wanted the catfish and he made sure to verify with them that it was actually catfish. They told him it was. THIS IS NOT CATFISH! I hate when my food and my husband’s money is played with! Will not be returning!

Called in and asked for a five piece and what I got was 5 fried extremely hard small whole wings. I keep trying to give this restaurant a chance rather it’s the summer or Perkins location and it’s a constant disappointment. Then I drive all the way home then call to tell them of the quality for them to tell me to drive them back across town to remake or offer a refund. Bad food! Bad service! Never again.
Hands down the best Allstar in Memphis. My food is always on point and the service is outstanding. And I don’t have to give my credit card number when I phone in my order. I pay when I get there.
