I just bought a fish sandwich combo on 3/18/25 and it was trash. The fish was rubbery and I couldn't chew it. The bread was chewy and disgusting. I threw the entire plate in the trash.

I ordered 15 whole wings.Through Uber eats..JUST NOW! 2/23/25 I received 6 bbq wings and 8 honey gold. Upon receiving order and opening bag.. there was a napkin with what looked like bbq sauce on it and there was a tear in the aluminum foil! I swear I can’t make this up. This has never happened to me ever ! Y’all really just played in my face! Of course it’s all going in the trash now! Wow! It’s cool tho .

I order my food over the phone ask for a extra dressing but when I made it back to work wasn't in there and paid for it so place another order on February 13 and told the manager that I didn't get my extra blue cheese dressing and she told me that she don't have anything to do with that but who lies about 50 cents she still charge me anyways even though I didn't get it the first time trying to talk to her she was on her cellphone at Cash register talking to whomever on the saying girl she talking about she didn't her for superbowl and that was unprofessional instead just replacing the dressing that I didn't get and still charge me I'm a regular customer but I will not be coming back I got her boss name Tyrone Hawkins he told me he give me 15% on my next order but it should have been corrected the second time I came up there the young has dreads in her hair maybe she some training bc yall will lose another of customers and I will not be coming back I'll go to the one in Bartlett for now on

Me and some of the people I work with placed an order. I ordered wings and they ordered burgers. My wings was just thrown in the plate. They were not organized like the ones I've been getting. And they had to much seasoning. As for the. Burgers all of them were burnt and messy. This was the first Time the food wasn't good at all. I've turned so many people on to this place. And now I gotta do a bad review.

Yesterday, December 24th, I went to eat at this place for the first time, the woman who served me added the tip to my order without my consent, I had already put a tip in cash, however the amount quickly changed from $11 to $12, she looked at me super badly I felt like she was super racist, however I smiled at her thinking I was having a bad time, then she told me my order would take 15 or 20 minutes, people after me of the same color arrived who ordered at the cash register and received their order before me, for a simple hamburger I waited more than 45 minutes and they weren't busy, it's ridiculous, improve your customer service.
Amazing food, great service, reasonable prices. Perfect spot to get your wing fix. 10/10 highly recommend!

Decided to go to this location, 30mins from my home, due to wanting a 50pc at 7pm. I only chose them because other locations were closing within a hour so I didn’t want to inconvenience them with a large last minute order. This location had 3hrs til closing. No one was in the store when we came. The black lady, possibly the manager, was cool and welcoming. When she hollered back for the cooks to drop a 50pc FRIED HARD, they instantly was upset. She had to go off on them telling them that they haven’t did anything all day except play cards and was about to play UNO in a minute. We waited outside until the order was ready. When I say I received 50 of the SOFTEST FRIED CHICKEN I’ve ever had!!! I was straight DISGUSTED cause I knew they did it on purpose! The chicken was cooked at a BARELY DONE level. I didn’t even waste my time to complain cause who knows what they would’ve done if they had to remake it. Just ridiculous that folks wanna be paid to be at work WITHOUT DOING ANY WORK! The owners should be ashamed!

Where do I start. I'm a restaurant owner and married to a chef. I went to use the restroom while my husband was looking at the menu. The manager didn't think we were going to order and yelled at me through the bathroom door. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS! Seriously, we were customers. We should have left then but didn't. Gave them a chance. Sorry i did. Food was awful. Wings were small. Mild was not mild. Fries weren't cooked, soggy and seasoning tasted fishy. The carrots and celery were tiny little strips. They charge for drink refills. The place was filthy. Stains on the ceiling, booths and tables were dirty. When was the last time this place was inspected? The front door hasn't been washed in forever. Discussting hand prints all over. Definitely won't be back. I make better wings at home. Hopefully the few bites I took don't make me sick.
