My husband placed an order over the food. I wanted the catfish and he made sure to verify with them that it was actually catfish. They told him it was. THIS IS NOT CATFISH! I hate when my food and my husband’s money is played with! Will not be returning!

Called in and asked for a five piece and what I got was 5 fried extremely hard small whole wings. I keep trying to give this restaurant a chance rather it’s the summer or Perkins location and it’s a constant disappointment. Then I drive all the way home then call to tell them of the quality for them to tell me to drive them back across town to remake or offer a refund. Bad food! Bad service! Never again.

I just bought a fish sandwich combo on 3/18/25 and it was trash. The fish was rubbery and I couldn't chew it. The bread was chewy and disgusting. I threw the entire plate in the trash.

I ordered 15 whole wings.Through Uber eats..JUST NOW! 2/23/25 I received 6 bbq wings and 8 honey gold. Upon receiving order and opening bag.. there was a napkin with what looked like bbq sauce on it and there was a tear in the aluminum foil! I swear I can’t make this up. This has never happened to me ever ! Y’all really just played in my face! Of course it’s all going in the trash now! Wow! It’s cool tho .

I order my food over the phone ask for a extra dressing but when I made it back to work wasn't in there and paid for it so place another order on February 13 and told the manager that I didn't get my extra blue cheese dressing and she told me that she don't have anything to do with that but who lies about 50 cents she still charge me anyways even though I didn't get it the first time trying to talk to her she was on her cellphone at Cash register talking to whomever on the saying girl she talking about she didn't her for superbowl and that was unprofessional instead just replacing the dressing that I didn't get and still charge me I'm a regular customer but I will not be coming back I got her boss name Tyrone Hawkins he told me he give me 15% on my next order but it should have been corrected the second time I came up there the young has dreads in her hair maybe she some training bc yall will lose another of customers and I will not be coming back I'll go to the one in Bartlett for now on
