Asked for extra crispy wings they were soggy…fries soggy I paid extra for seasoned fries and they just barely sprinkled it on your fries plus the chicken was black on the inside meaning it was old or they thawed it in hot water all of that and had to wait 45 mins for order

The hamburger I ate made me violently ill within 15 minutes of eating it. I was throwing it up before I left the parking lot. It felt like food poisoning. Never again.

Food was good and fresh.. I called my order in but they lost it so I replaced the order in store. 20 minutes later I run it to grab it and yet again it was lost.. the atmosphere was cold and kinda empty with furniture but it’s still seating there. Again, food was delicious.

HORRIBLE!! UNSANITARY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!! If you like receiving what you ordered and don’t want your money going to waste then PLEASE do not stop here!! First, they say NO REFUNDS!! I NEVER thought that meant we can give you cold food or whatever we want to and you won’t get a refund or the food made over!!! I will NEVER eat here again even if somebody else is buying! We spent almost $68 and our food was cold and they refused to make it fresh talking about NO REFUNDS!! I didn’t ask for a refund, I asked for our food to be made hot and fresh as it should have been anyway!! After thirty minutes of arguing back and forth, we walked away pissed, still hungry, our kids still hungry, and with our money taken from us!!

My coworkers and I order from All-star at least once per week and they are always on point. Chicken is season and friend to perfection. I get the seasoned wings and they have this like wet seasoned sauce that they sit in. FIRE! Absolute delicious. Not to mention that their food is reasonably priced. I've never gone in so I couldn't really make a call on atmosphere but when I called to tell them how delicious the food was, the person who answered was super nice. If you want some good wings. This the spot. My coworker who doesn't like wings EATS THESE WINGS.
