Went to pick up an Uber order around 9P.M. and there was another delivery girl Infront of me picking up an order. Well the 2 very young unprofessional girls behind the counter were not paying any attention and set both delivery bags out on the counter together and gave them to the girl Infront of me. So when I said the name on my order they tried to blame the other delivery driver and say she stole my order. So I told them that has nothing to do with me I still need my order that my customer paid for and she and the other girl behind the counter are not even looking or acknowledging me while I'm talking they are literally looking at each other twirling their hair saying I ain't finna make no order again she stole it the other girl said I ain't making it either I don't know what to tell u. So if your out here delivering food for 1make sure it's yours and for 2hope this never happens to u at American Deli on Austin Pea cause these 2 little girls need to be taught some respect, manners, and how to treat customers cause their whole attitude was unprofessional and completely sucked!! I hope the store manager see this and gets on to them. Feb 7th 9PM

I asked for cucumber sauce and again, I got my gyro and no cucumber sauce. I'm from Chicago where it's automatically put on the gyro, you would have to tell them NOT to put it on the sandwich if that's how you prefer it. When you tell the business to put the sauce on the sandwich down here in Memphis I expect to see and taste it. Also these tiny hard bbq wings. 2nd time eating from this American Deli on Austin Pea, and the 2nd time of disappointment.

Fye.. that’s all I gotta say. Compared to all the American deli’s I’ve tried in the city this one is always the best when I order from Uber eats. When they’re closed on Uber eats I do not order from a different one. This location is the BEST.

Got some young girls up there that don’t speak or have good customer service. All they do is gossip about the next female that work there.. will say 15 minutes for food but will have you waiting 45 minutes
