I asked for my receipt and was told she threw it away. I feel like there's a fraudulent activity going on the customer before got their receipts. I feel discriminate against, I'm an elderly woman and I feel disrespected. I think she took a picture of my card that's the reason why she didn't want me to have a receipt so I won't be able to track my transaction.

This is probably the worst food I have had in a while.. took forever the fries were not seasoned... Food looks awful.. Need a whole bottle of ketchup for these fries...yuck... And so not worth the price, even if the food were good, I'm not sure it would be worth over $12 for this plate of food. I mean, I can make it at home for a third of that, and it be right.

Worst experience ever! First time ordering from here and will be my last. I will never ever order from them again. The salad I choose to order was a grill salad it was very sloppy NO cucumbers that’s suppose to come in the salad was not in there. I pay extra for cucumbers not any was in the salad. The restaurant was not answering the phone for nothing in the world so I call 1866 number on their website told her my issue and she said she can do a redeliver or a partial refund for $3.00 . I told her $3.00 is nothing . I pay $20.00 I need all my money back so I told her just do a redeliver which I told her to call the store and make sure they fix the salad right in add the cucumbers even she couldn’t reach them. So the order came the 2nd time the second salad is sloppy NO cucumbers no where in salad once again they didn’t follow the instructions I had for my salad. I couldn’t eat none of this both salads was so dam sloppy not well put together and cucumbers was not in salad. I just want my whole refund back which I know I can’t get it back. $20.00 gone down in the drain . I don’t recommend this place at ALL! very unprofessional sloppy food and poor store communication. I will never ever in my life order nothing from them . I am not please very disappointed upset and mad . This is UNACCEPTABLE!! I highly not recommend for anybody order here especially placing a delivery order. If you do order here order at your own risk.

My son ordered the number 8 15pc wing combo. I believe I ate more than he did. ? The food was hot and fresh. The wings were crispy but not hard, and the fries were seasoned well. A huge plus was the customer service. The young lady who took my order was very polite with a bubbly attitude. I enjoyed the brief laughter with her. ?

There was a sign you couldn't read that was for Door Dashers only the lobby was closed. After 8pm they only served fried foods and the oil definitely had not been changed the food was terrible.
