August 15 @ 12:35pm The little girl working the cash register with black braids around her forehead is absolutely rude. She did not speak to the customers. I had to request my pick up order. She stands there and adds absolutely no value to American Deli. Apparently American Deli gave her a job she does not want. Do both of you a favor and fire her. I bet your customers experience will improve, causing more customers to return.

I was in memphis at the hospital for three weeks and i door dash food twice and it was great each time
I just left from this location and the young ladies at the windows were extremely unprofessional. When I approached the window, after waiting a few minutes to be acknowledged, she finally asked me to hold and then came back a few minutes later and said “go ahead..”. When I came to the window, they were not friendly, didn’t say much of anything to me, just the total. Barely reached her arm out the window to give me my card back. They followed that by pouring a huge amount of seasoning on the fries. Like they were covered…. I waited an additional 5 more minutes for them to even come back to the window and acknowledge me after honking twice. I told them it was entirely too much seasoning. They did NOT give me new order but just shook up the fries in the box. I guess they thought I was just as dumb as they were to not realize what they did. Very rude and disrespectful to do that to a paying customer and I would have went in to further handle it but luckily for us all, I had more important things to tend to, after them making me late by wasting my time and playing in my face. Never again.

What else is there to really say but go order now lol. I've fell in love with American Deli about 2 years ago and never looked back. 10 piece honey gold wing combo with a fruit punch delight. Never cease to satisfy my tummy for the yummies. You should stop by.
