My food was good, wonderful customer service from the 2 young ladies, One of the young ladies has been working here for a while now I remember her because I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and she’s always showing great customer service. just too many children in the lobby I guess they are from the school across the street. That’s a bad look for business they were doing a little bit too much, the owner should do something about this. They were very loud it was like a club setting instead of a restaurant.

I came in and ordered a grill chicken salad, my number was called but I didn’t hear it, due to how loud it was in there. The restaurant was very crowded with children from the school across the street, one of the children took my order after I set and waited for almost 30 minutes to place my order because they were in the way. They are really running paying customers always by stealing our food and having to reorder and wait again and taking up space inside the restaurant. This was my go to location not any more they are letting the school children run it. I will try the location on Winchester moving forward. I see why McDonald’s and Burger King doesn’t let them in their restaurants.

The food is awful I asked for season wings and seasoned fries. Wrong orders food cold, fries undercooked and the seasoning just dump on a few fries. I do not know if it is a change in ownership but this place has changed and the food is disgusting.

I come thru for lunch all the time. There is a young man there. I told him I was proud of him today I don't know him but he has been there a while. He says he don't get enough hours. As a customer I just wanted to say if he ask for more hours to work, work with him.. People may not even care, I do he is a young man he could b robbing, stealing doing anything. He wants to work . It's refreshing to see him in there.. His customer service is awesome, Tyrell always attentive..And he is patient. I really appreciate him and really glad to see a young black man making honest money. Thank You Tyrell for your super awesome customer service!!!

The staff on the drive thru on April 22,2025 was very rude and laughing and making fun of my husband cause he old and didn’t quite understand the menu. Then when he trying to ask her about the condiments she cutting him off very rude. The time was 3:40 p.m.

The dining room said it closes at 10pm on Sunday. I arrived at 9:26 pm and the door was locked. They just looked at me standing there. I was hoping they would open the door. They kept pointing to tell me to go through the drive-thru but I was in a box truck so I could not go through the drive-thru.
So nasty wish I would’ve kept my money in my pocket. Wings were so small and barely tossed in sauce. Fried rice had over cooked eggs in them. Yuck yuck yuck. My sprite was just the soda water they didn’t mix the syrup in it at all. Tasted like poison. Worst takeout meal I ever had

I have passed by many American Deli and have been wanting to try them as they are about to open a location near me. So I was extremely hungry and had a few minutes that I wish I could be refunded for. I wish they would limit the amount of kids from a nearby school after school hours as there was no defined line to the register. I have no idea why someone is at the register for 15 minutes before their order is taken is stupid I if it takes this long to order how long does it take to get the order 30 days. The food on the menu board looked decent but from now I won’t even think about stopping at any of their locations.
