Service was excellent. Food was good but given the fact that restaurant was not busy at the time one meal came out considerably later than the other. Still five star as food was good and waiter was excellent.

Im the head bartender at one of the top fine dining establishments in Memphis, our server veronica simply was terrible. First the hostess almost failed to seat us giving up the table we signed up for online 30 minutes in advance and even admitted to almost failing to see the other side of her screen. The server took 20 minutes for her to greet us, 50 minutes to get our food, and we weren't checked on once. The guest I had with me was allergic to cinnamon. She ordered lemon blueberry pancakes that without being marked on the menu contained cinnamon. I got chicken and waffles they were decent. However we immediately got the check upon receiving our food, our server still failed to take the card that was blatantly on the table. When she did eventually come back to retrieve payment if she had asked why my guest did not enjoy her food or if there was anything we needed or even if we needed a to-go box instead of running away and running a card I would have still treated her as if service was mediocre at best(20%). But the complete lack of care about guests is inconceivable. We will not be back

Today, I enjoyed their Southwest Scrambler with Grits and two delicious cups of coffee. Tiffany-M (my Server) was a AWESOME! She was attentive, charming, and engaging. It was IMPRESSIVE how she intuitively and smoothly scaled her interactions with me and the other four tables she was serving.

Had a networking meeting here and the food, service, and whole experience were great! I enjoyed the chicken biscuit with gravy. Only negative was coffee was over $4...I mean, it's just regular drip coffee, not a fancy latte or mocha. Still highly recommend.

I had birthday breakfast with some co-workers and we really had a good time. First time there for me and it was really nice. Food was hot. Wait time wasn't long at all. We went early and it kinda empty but it started to fill up by the time we left.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian omelets and a few other dishes.
Parking: Available spots for handicap or otherwise in the front and sides of building.
Wheelchair accessibility: One of my coworkers was in a wheelchair. No problem in or out
