Wait time has been delayed for everything. From walking in to be seated, to getting our drinks and food. The place wasn't packed to receive such a slow service. You know its bad when your kids start complaining about the service. Will not return.

This place needs a total revamp. It used to be a fun and great time. But now the cool is just there, I was served spoiled cold slaw. I was pissed but the BAR TENDER took great care of us. She is the best thing going for the place, period.

The burgers we got were juicy and delicious, even though I was brought out fries instead of the onion rings I ordered. The waitress never came back and offered refills. She never even came back for me to tell her my order was wrong. Didn't see her again until it was time to go.

Decided to eat at Applebee's last minute for lunch. Decided in the all you can eat Riblets and fries. The riblets were partially cold while the fries were steaming hot. The riblets were tough and difficult to chew, never mind getting it off the bones and separate from the fatty pieces. I won't be getting them again. I made the choice based on a long ago experience, when they were really good and were pieces of riblets with plenty of meat and not a bunch of bones and meat grissled together looking like regular BBQ ribs. I would rather go to a real BBQ restaurant and get pulled pork or beef or get ribs there
I went with my family of 5, We waited ONE HOUR to be served our food. Our drinks were never refilled, they charged us 30$ for the 26 dollar combo, and while in the same bathroom as an employee I saw the employee leave without washing her hands.

Waitress never came to refill drinks. Had to ask other wait staff multiple times to find her so we could order our all you can eat refills. Never took the dishes that were stacking up on the table. Then we order desert and a HALF HOUR LATER she comes and asks if we need anything else..... I said yes please, we would like our deserts we ordered a half hour ago. 15 minutes later we get desert. Then we have to flag someone down to go find her so we can get our check and they took 20 minutes to get it to us and it was wrong they added a $20 steak we did not have and had a coupon for the appetizer that was still on the bill. Another 15 to 20 minutes go by before she brings it back and I ask for the manager who after hearing what happened took about 30% off the bill. I will not eat here again. The food was great but the service was NOT worth the wait!

Took too long to serve us. My kids or myself did not finish the food and they did not have drinks(alcoholic beverages) the waiter did not want to serve certain people at our table. She had her manager come over instead. 3 stars because I was unbothered. Otherwise 0 stars.
