Anthony H was the best my husband and I walked in he greeted us with a smile and we told him we wanted to go to the bar area to enjoy the day. He told us to move forward sit right here took our order. The food was good. He came back several times to make sure we was OK although it was no one really in there and the food even took longer. He still was respectful and caring and attended to us, we enjoyed thank you Anthony H you are awesome

The beef nachos were oily! It look like they didn’t drain the beef before pouring it over the nachos. It was a hot oily mess!!!!

Food was absolutely horrible service was slow and very bad dirty glass mix drinks was watered-down.. Never will eat there again... this had to be the worst 50 dollars I ever spent

If I could leave a no star rating, I would. I have tried this location 3 times and they always disappoint. My son likes applebees so I've tried to deal with this but this is the last straw. I placed this order online and it was stated the order would be ready at 1:51pm. I was still standing there waiting at 2:10pm. I asked the gentleman if he would check to see how much longer I would have to wait. He told me 15 to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes , I was still waiting. Finally, a young lady brings me a bag. I look to check the order and of course it is not all the way correct. I just left disgusted. My son is eating the little mess and I'm in here preparing to cook him something else. Not to mention, i stood there for a while before anyone even came out the bag. Never again.

Walked in, immediately hit with a musty odor and there was a spilled drink sitting on the carpet. Not a soul to be seen. Left very quickly. This place needs new management BADLY.Don’t waste your time.Edit: the business responded below but the link doesn’t even work. This must be automated. I don’t see how this place is still in business. It must be a front for something.

The woman that greeted us seem like she didn’t even want to be there; look disheveled; unhappy. That was a sign to leave. Saw a lot of empty tables & those that were occupied their drinks were almost done. Was told wait time was 10-15; another family came in and was told 30 mins; all while I have already waited 13 mins. To my fellow VETERANS… nope, naw, and no!!!!

I waited almost an hour for a to-go order here. Their website claims they do curbside to-go, so that’s how I ordered. I arrived at the restaurant and waited 10 minutes, only to call them asking about my order and be told they don’t do curbside. No biggie, but after going inside I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my order. No one would give me any details about when it would be ready. The manager finally came out, asked me what I was waiting for and she brought my food out shortly after. She told me she put a coupon in the bag to accommodate my wait - this was a lie. The food was cold and dry. The general atmosphere of this restaurant is dirty and very unprofessional. The restaurant was not busy at all, and for obvious reasons.

Cant really speak on the customer service because we weren't serviced! Me and my husband went literally 5 min ago and we had to wait to be seated bcs no one was there. Then after we were seated we sat there for 10-15 min and noone cane to our table at all. I even stood up and looked around to see who was supposed to be waiting on us. My husband said the guy that came in after us already had a some water at his table but we got no service. We just got up and left because obviously thats what we were going to have to deal with for our entire stay and we will pass.
25¢ wings and $1.00 drinks....
