Love arby's, pretty much all of them. This one has always been the same. Good customer service quick with the food and glad to help. The only downside is the condiments. Last time they were out of salt. Who the hell runs out of salt? Oh well small price to pay

Pulled up last night to get a med Curly fry after having a newborn at 11pm they don't close until 12am mind you. The girl running the drive through proceeded to tell me that I was lucky to be getting fries because it was the end of the night, and they weren't going to cook a whole bag for just a medium fry. There were also 2 more cars behind me. FIRE THERE ASS !!

I saw that Arby's had fish sandwiches, so I tried one. I've never had a sandwich that didn't taste like anything. It didn't taste like fish or chicken or anything it was just crispy đ. The fries were great. The service was excellent. But that fish sandwich should be taken off the menu đ«€

I will admit that it has been a long time since I have visited this establishment. So much so that I asked for the potato cakes, and they no longer have those. Have a taste for a burger and remembered.Seeing a commercial that day now had burgers. Ordered my meal. Ann picked it up at the window and at first bite, it was not cooked. I drive back around and go into the location and let them know.My burger was not cooked all the way. The lady behind the counter told me that their burgers were cooked medium well, and that that was the way it was supposed to be. I asked if I could get it redone.And she said, yes, giving instruction to the back for a well cooked burger. I waited for a few minutes and a new burger was presented to me. I had brought my whole bag in and handed it to the lady behind the counter, asking if I could have fresh fries at this point. With the look, I was given you would have thought I asked her to give me her paycheck. She paused and looked puzzled.So I repeated my request again. I will say that the initial fries were not warm from the first order anyway. She came with my new fries, and upon grabbing a few off the top, they actually were not even warmer than the previous ones. The burger was okay. Barely warm fries are always horrible. A very disappointing visit to arby's and two, my burger craving. I am sure it will be a while before I visit again.
There is no way that way a double roast beef. I was watching I think they gave my sandwich to someone else. Pic doesnât do it justice one side had almost no meat on it.

4 little slices of meat? For that price? The reuben is NOT how it used to be. Nothing like the photo on the menu. Totally disappointed.
UPDATE: Thank you Arby's for responding. The comp meal was perfect. Make sure your trainees are prepped before They actually work with customers.

Baby when I tell you the night shift had a nasty attitude. It was horrible I just donât understand if you lack customer service, itâs obvious you donât need to work in fast food. Last night my fiancĂ© and I went through the drive through the attitude was so nasty I told him to back all the way up in the drive through I will not spend my money anywhere with a nasty attitude and making it sound like itâs my problem for wanting something to eat. I will be getting in touch with corporate.
