When they bother to take orders the food is good. Today was the second time I've been recently that the doors were locked. Several employees were seated inside chatting with each other. I waited a few minutes for the drive thru ended up leaving for another restaurant since they didn't seem to be taking orders and were more interested in socializing with coworkers than helping customers.

I ordered online for pickup after work and my money was taken and order was confirmed but when I arrived the order was not sent to the store and the store refused to make the order after I showed my confirmation, I called Arby's and was told they sent message to hire UPS and they would be in contact but till this day no email or call from Arby's who essentially stole my money. Very bad business

If slooow was a restaurant this would be the place I pulled up at 2:38 and just backed out of the drive thur at 3:10 so I wouldn't be late for work because 2 cars in front had already been sitting awhile and when the ones behind backed up I got out the way too. The food decent if u got time to wait.

Ordered off door dash and my sandwich was so cold the cheese wasn't even meltIt's like they put it together straight out the
Meal as always was excellent. Great place to relax and enjoy your meal. Associate who brought my meal however was substandard. As she place my to go bag on the counter I asked for Arby's sauce and horseradish sauce, she grabbed a handful from under the counter. I received a handful of Arby's sauce only. She never even looked at what she was giving me. So I just left as I was coming off my 13th 10 hour workday. I just wanted to go home and eat and shower and get in the bed.

I attended the arby's on Union Avenue in MemphisTn, and I was very disappointed with the service when I got home. This is what I received in my bag. This looks like a kids meal. I ordered 4 sliders and a large curly fry. The sliders look like they were just put together and wasnt even on the bun, and my fries were cold? I was very disappointed.

Who is cooking your sandwiches? Last 2 times I have ordered Grub hub my buns and bread have been burned black! The fish sandwich today was also flooded with tartar sauce trying to hide the burned bun. This location used to be good and have no clue what happened. Hire a different cook!
