This was the first time in this Arby's in five years. We normally go to the 64 location Convenience, like everyone else, we broke out with our coupons. Two French dip subs, fries, drinks. Man, our order was up very quickly. And we were on our way. The food was hot and fresh and did not disappoint. Since the 64 location is closed for remodeling this is my new Arby's it's a definite recommend for me.
They gave me a ton of extra fries, very happy. Never had any issues with this restaurant, food is always great and services always nice. Food comes out fast and hot. And they are always very friendly and accommodating.

Love their potato cakes and their fish sandwich, I wish they were not seasonal items. Always friendly and fast service. They welcome you and say thank you and come back again. A lot more customer oriented than going to McDonald’s in Marion or West Memphis AR, where the staff is rude and could care less about you or your order.
I was very disappointed by the drive through wait time and I was the only car in line!! After a 10-12 min. wait, for no apparent reason, the lady said they were out of Jamocha shakes!! Way to go Arby's, it's summer time, you might want to order those!!!

I made a rare visit hopefully seeking my favorite sandwich... Grilled Reuben. I luckily found it... although it's not grilled. However, I understand that Fast Food restaurants have to be fast and that's the reason it was served cold. It was still good, large, and satisfying. I really enjoyed it

The way the manager just cursed me out!!! In front of my kids!! Is sickening!! I will never spend another penny at Arby’s at 1860 Germantown parkway! She said her name is Demetrius Cole!! I will let my friends & family know to not eat there again!!! It’s sad when the manager comes to the window swinging her neck with an attitude for no reason!!
I was hoping to get at least half of the roast beef in the picture. I had about 1/3. It looked like it was smashed down. Drive-thru was not patient with returning old customers.
