Went for the 3 for $5, was told I couldn't order certain items, the person behind me ordered a 3 for $5 and got the items I was told that I couldn't have. The employees are VERY incompetent.

I used a deal in the app for a free sandwich. I wanted two beef-n-cheddars, but the offer required that I spend $10 to get the deal. So I added an order of fries, making my total nearly $11. The app worked as it should and applied the free sandwich properly. The sandwiches were good - no complaints and the two stars are given because the sandwiches were prepared as ordered, fresh & enjoyable. So why did I deduct 3 stars? First, the "customer service" experience in the restaurant. There was one other customer in the restaurant and one in the drive through when I walked in. My order was bagged and waiting on the take out shelf (👍). On my way out, I stopped to check the sealed bag for condiments. There were none (?!?), so I returned to the counter to ask for Arby's sauce. FOUR employees were standing around the register, seemingly taking all their input to process the order and payment for the only other customer in the store. I stood five feet away from them, my opened bag on the counter & waiting to be acknowledged . Eventually, three of the four walked away and the one left at the register started taking the order for the other customer (drive through). I finally resorted to waving my arms over my head trying to get someone's attention. The young lady at the register never looked in my direction, but another lady came over. I asked for the sauce and her response was "Have you been waiting all this time just to get sauce??" I answered yes and she replied " Well, you just have to holler at somebody if you need something". No apology for the fact that none of the four standing at arms length ever asked if I needed something (or even made eye contact or acknowledged my existence)..... But placed this responsibility on the customer! Slight annoyance and sadly what one expects these days at any restaurant where one spends less than $50/plate. Poor customer service dropped the rating 1 star. So, now for the other two star deduction. Check out the attached pics. The fries (I was forced to order to qualify for the"deal") cost $2.49. When I got home and emptied the contents of the bag, I found TWELVE fries. That's nearly $0.21 / fry!!!! You read that correctly - TWENTY ONE CENTS PER FRY! I understand, times are tough all over. Inflation is out of control (Thanks, Brandon). Everyone is cutting corners at every opportunity. But $2.49 for TWELVE fries?!? I would be embarrassed to even put that order in a bag. Surely, Arby's hasn't mandated French Fries to be served at $0.21 each. Two stars dropped on the review - and SO EASILY prevented. Does Arby's not have higher expectations of their employees. ???

Where really fast and polite. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich perfect amount of sauce and was hot and delicious. Definitely recommended this Arby's

On August 30th at 1:45 p.m. was a very unpleasant visit. The employee named Precious was very unpleasant. It seemed like a hassle to take guests orders. I know you (Arby's owner) pay her to do her job but she seemed like it was a problem for her to acknowledge people at the counter. I get it you (Arby's owner) it is hard to find employees so you hire what you can get. You would think that employees would do a better job because you (Arby's owner) pay them more but I know that isn't the case. I wish you would have witnessed the 45 minutes I was in the restaurant.

I'm so tired of not getting what I paid for here. This will be the second time paying extra for cheese on the roast beef sandwiches. My mon highly disappointed. The Ruben sandwich didn't have meat like usual and drenched in sauce where I couldn't eat it and my stomach feel like I got food poison. Moderator I either want my money back or food done over. Tried calling store rhree times and fax machine keep picking up.
Is a scam was told door dash or online orders only told to get out of drive through, just tear the building down that's ridiculous.

Amazing customer service and food is the best Arbys in the city. DONT GO TO ANY OTHER ONE BUT WINCHESTER, they are genuinely the best one here. Great leadership staff and customer service second to none.
