I called to place an order and was told I would have to come into the store to order. I asked approximately how long was the wait time and was told she didn't know. She was very rude on the phone. This is not the first time this has happened with them not taking phone orders. I guess they have made enough money. I simply went elsewhere.

Literally drove across the country with eating here in mind....closed for business as of 9/30. Sad day indeed.

Food be on point,but when I do go and that's rarely because the workers always have attitudes for some reason I would probably go more often,but I start thinking I don't have time for bad attitudes

The wings and fries here are great. THAT'S IT! Service is pitiful they are ALWAYS so angry. It has stopped some of my coworkers from coming here but I keep coming back.

On my way to DBO's hot wings i decided to stop by BJ's hot wings to give them a try bc i have heard nothing but great things about the wings. So i walk in the door of the restaurant and wasn't acknowledged until someone came from the back after i had been standing there a while(on my 30 minute break)...so i was approached by a young lady(no welcome to bjs nor a smile) that had the look on her face that she was mad i was there...So i then order my food which was the lunch special chicken wing combo with honey hot sauce on the wings. i then asked her to drizzle sauce on my carrots/celery and she told me she couldn't put sauce on my carrots/celery...i then offered to pay for extra sauce and was told that i couldn't have extra sauce even if i paid for it(doesnt make sense) So i pay for the food and sat there so long waiting i asked for a refund, upon giving me my refund she yells to the kitchen and tell them to cancel the order(so unprofessional)....I then ask for her name and she stated her name was Shell but looked like her name tag said Shea but could of been Shell. I then ask for a store manager, not for the sauce but for the customer service i received) and i was told there wasn't one but the owners name is MRS. HASTINGS, which i would still like to speak to regarding this matter. I then left there and drove to DBO's and got treated like my money spend meant something! SHELL or SHEA or WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS, YOUR F*CKED UP ATTITUDE CAUSED MRS. HASTINGS MONEY....IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK I ADVISE YOU CLOCKOUT AND GO HOME! Being a business owner myself i wouldnt have someone with an attitude like yours working for me! Without customers that restaurant would not be open and you would be in the unemployment line! I have no clue how she has been employed there for 5 year(so she says)...Our company uses restaurants twice a week for catering for meetings but i can gaurantee you i'd feed my crew Bologna sandwiches before i came back down there to BJ's and deal with the attitude of that young lady

By being opposite the Days Inn hotel this is great when one has travelled from the UK for a late night snack. Huge menu so cannot go wrong.

The wings are good but the fries are normally half done. They attitudes of the cashiers are terrible at best. I normally try to call my order in to avoid having to deal with all the attitude but as of lately every time I call they say “we aren't accepting call ins” for whatever reason. This time was just ludicrous to me “we aren't taking any call ins because we have too many orders so you will have to come down to the store to order in person.” Excuse me.... so if I come down you can take my order but you can't over the phone bc you have too many orders.....WHATS THE DIFFERENCE!!!!! If you have too many orders over the phone, you will have too many orders when I get there......RIDICULOUS!!!

Great wings. Staff is very helpful and provides good service. Very affordable and we will go again whenever we come back to Memphis.

I visit here often because it is not far from where I live. The ladies that work here are always nice and friendly. And my food always tastes great and fresh.

Every time u call whoever answers the phone got a nasty attitude and when u go in to place a order they are just as rude! Place really needs some training in customer service bc they act like we chose the job for them! They need a whole new crew
