The concerning incident I'm about to recount is compounded by my previous tenure at this location, from which I departed due to evident instances of employer unprofessionalism.Recently, a meal ordered on my behalf by an acquaintance still employed there arrived in a less-than-satisfactory state. Despite assurances, the cheese was clumpy and under filled, the fries were notably scant(which i was charged $2 more for), and the entire meal arrived deconstructed, contrary to my voiced requests.Having experienced reprisals for similar grievances in the past, I chose to address the matter directly by visiting the establishment. (which i did bring the food) Upon explaining the situation, the shift leader initially dismissed my concerns, attributing the issue to his personal preference. However, upon reiterating my dissatisfaction, not wanting my food to be made his way, and requesting a remake, the shift leader stated he’ll remake it. Later coming out stating the manager said to just give me a few more fries and more cheese to add to my already clumpy cheese(see picture), i stated that was not a solution. The manager ultimately offered a refund instead, which is my first time seeing a customer leave without a remake being offered and completed.Regrettably, the handling of the situation fell short of expectations, compounded by the issuance of a purchase receipt instead of a refund receipt. With a substantial social media following(100k+ followers), I intend to advocate for systemic improvements within the company to foster a culture of professionalism and accountability.It is disheartening to witness discrepancies in customer service based on individual circumstances, I’ve had hair in my food from this location and till try to patron. Until meaningful changes are implemented, I cannot endorse patronage of this establishment. Further details regarding necessary reforms will be addressed in due course.I’ve seen many people tell tales about their food orders and the manager amongst others jump to their needs without hesitation, but when it comes to certain “people” like myself the hesitation is loud and obnoxious. Definitely not a place to support until certain things are changed. *which i will not disclose at the moment”

When we arrived, there was a female standing behind the register. She was busy doing something and never greeted us. After she got through with whatever she was doing, she greeted us after about a minute. We placed our order and were given our drink cups. We asked about tea and lemonade and were told that there was no lemonade left. We also asked about chips and were told that there was no more chips. We filled our drink cups and went to our seats. The table was a little dirty and the chairs were ripped in places. When the young lady brought our food to our table, we asked her for ketchup. We were told they didn't have any more ketchup. I hope that others have a better experience than ours.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food because they forgot our order. They initially brought it out as a to-go order but quickly plated it when we said it was dine-in. They didn't even get our order right but we were tired of waiting and took our order anyway. Food was decent, nothing special.

Waited until I drove all the way to the restaurant to tell me that they were out of loaded potatoes when that was the main thing I wanted. Offered no comps, just to give me lesser menu items for the same money I already paid online. Pretty ticked off. Also, couldn’t process my refund at the restaurant and now I have to wait for some random person to let me know if it got processed or not. Y’all need to make this right. This isn’t the first time I’ve been shafted by this place, and not really offered something in return for them not selling me what was advertised and paid for. The food is usually pretty good. But sometimes the service lacks and the technical limitations set you up for disappointment. Just turn off items on the website that are out of stock and train your staff on the systems better. My wasted drive is all because your employee doesn’t know how to look up phone numbers in the system. She admitted it to me at the window.

Ok this place has 3 locations and I have ate at 2. The Arlington location had me!!! The rib was so tender I mean falling off the freaking bone!!! I got it dry and the seasoning was good too! The baked beans were good and had like pull pork or something like that in it so I really enjoyed it! The Mac and cheese was good too even tho they gave it to me cold. I still ate it. Now the Bartlett location had me kind of frustrated once I received my order. I asked for the rib dry and the put sauce on it as you can see from the picture. I was already out the area so I dealt with it. The rib was just ok at this location. It was sort of tender in certain parts and certain parts were just tough and dry! The baked beans had no meat what so ever in it! The Mac and cheese was hot but a little too cheesy. But still good tho. I thought I would have the same experience here as I did at the Arlington location but, didn’t. The staff at both locations are super friendly but I think at the Bartlett location I may have caught them too early. Because they had just opened and the line in the driver thru was backed up. So I’m willing to try again then maybe they will get that 5th star from me!!!

Didn’t eat here, but picked up an order here. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while employees walking back and forth in front of me not busy doing any task at all just blatantly ignored my presence. I cannot make this up. I believe I heard one of them walk off and say to the other, “You got it?” I guess referring to me. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Usually baby Jack's is good but I just bought 2 BBQ nachos and 14 nuggets and got home and had 1 sauce! Out of the 9 I ordered . And there's barely any meat on the nachos. This definately wasn't a great visit and super annoying to not get

I stopped going to this place because they could never get my take out order correct. It was always missing items, and I would have to go back to pick up what was missing. After a year of not going, I ordered online for pick up. I thought I would give them another chance. They failed miserably. Inspecting before I left, I found it was missing the buns and banana pudding. I am glad I checked. Apparently, they don't have a method of double checking their orders before they go out. Just for reference, out of the 8-10 times I have eaten food from this establishment, they have only gotten maybe two orders correct. I will go the extra few miles to get Tops or Corky's from now on. There are too many mistakes for me to continue wasting my time doing what should have been done before I picked it up.

Great Barbecue pulled pork the bomb and the mild sweet kinda high on prices but worth it make sure you ask for napkins in drive thru like everywhere else you don't get

2nd time going in a month. Both times extremely long wait time. The majority of my lunch break was sitting at the window. 1st time was given someone else's order after that long wait. This 2nd time long wait,and still got my order incorrect. Ball is yalls hand this time.

Just got home with our food, and it was horrible. The pulled chicken was absolutely dry (it was all chicken breast), the sweet potato casserole was burnt and actually tasted burnt, and the fries were still very firm as if they wasn't fully cooked. The beef brisket was ok, it was almost dry, but definitely more moist than the chicken.The only good thing about our order was the Mac and cheese, buns and sweet tea. What a waste of money!!! We use to love this bbq place, one of the few good ones that was left. However, the staff was very pleasant and their customer service was great. I just wished the quality of the good matched. Very disappointed!!!

I’ve been patronizing the Bartlett location since it opened a few years back. I’ve always liked the food, the service is fine. I just can’t go here anymore because their menu prices have gotten so ridiculously high. I get that we are in an inflationary economy right now, but Baby Jack’s has some how outpaced other restaurants. It feels like they are using inflation as an excuse to widen their profit margins. I can’t do it no more and I will not be coming back.
