We had a wonderful nye in bardog. Derek on the door was great, so was Colin. All the bartenders were friendly helpful and fast. The open bar was amazing. Hope we didn't bankrupt the boss šš Great bar away from the bustle of beale street warm, welcoming and friendly.

Tim was a rockstar easily one of the best servers/bartenders Iāve had anywhere, and he made the whole experience feel effortless. The owner was out chatting with customers, super friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about the place.
Food? Ridiculously good. And listenā¦ do yourself a favor and ORDER THE CRĆME BRĆLĆE. Life-changing. Youāll thank me later.
Overall service/environment was top notch. Bardog knows what itās doing. Highly recommend.

We've been here for Thanksgiving because it was the only thing working in the area. Waitress was absolutely lovely and funny, food was great, and they gave us 8 different sauces with our tenders, all of them were very good. Smoking is allowed inside which is interesting and brings me back in time haha. Atmosphere is very nice, overall absolutely great experience!

I came home for the holidays and decided to stop in for drinks after and received the most disgusting treatment from the bartender Lia or Leah and the manager Kyle. I originally asked for two strawberry Long Islands after Lia gave me a nasty neck rolled āa whats?! I cant make thatā I opted out for just the original. After the she made my drinks I say a bug floating in the cup. I politely said āhey thereās a bug in my drinkā she picked the cup up and said āthereās no bug in the fkn drinkā I laughed and asked her who was she talking to because there is no way youāre cursing at me and there is a bug in the fkn drink. At this point Iām upset because youāre calling me a liar and youāre cursing. Now weāre both cursing because who did you think I was?! She replied āIām gonna strain the drink to show you there is no bug in the drinkā I said maāam do what you want but thereās a bug in that cup and I want a new drink. She took the drink to the manager who then came with the same nasty energy. He has his flash light in the cup and said āmaāam I donāt know what you saw but thereās no bug in the drinkā extremely rude. He was standing about a foot away from the cup shining his flash light so I said āif you step up and look in the glass you can see the bug floating in the cupā he said āIām not gonna do anything itās no bug in the fuā¦oh Iām sorry youāre right there is a bug in the cupā he immediately became apologetic after him and his staff cursed at me and gave me the absolute worse customer service . I told them both they owe me an apology. Kyle apologized and covered my remade drink where as Miss Lia said ātake that up with the manager not meā when had she listened and actually looked in the cup she wouldāve saved us all a 10 minutes loud argument in front of the whole establishment!!! I did not appreciate the service at all! It definitely gave HARD R vibes ! I will be sure to let everybody I know know what type of treatment to expect visiting them.

Love this place for lunch and happy hours. It has a āCheersā vibe to it, the bartenders and servers are amazing. The food is highly underrated.. 10/10 and the bourbon mayo is clearly a staple. They do allow smoking in the restaurant, but if you donāt like that like me you can eat downstairs. Itās cozy and smoke free! Definitely a regular!

First time here, sat down to have a nice meal when 4 ladies sat next to me, and started chain smoking. Ruined my whole experience, and meal. Nasty!!! Itās 2025, how in the hell are people still smoking indoors these days? Good food, great service, but the smoking is a deal breaker. Be warned.

Because y'all can't with the times not everyone carries a physical card, you can't put a card in manually and my husband only had money to tap from his phone that won't transfer to cash app or venmo or anything...so I stayed at the bar while my husband went back home to get his physical card. We have had a ridiculous day already, and my husband left the bar at 11:57 and it's 2:20 we live far away and he hasn't made it back yet. I'm a lady at the bar by myself due to this. Y'all need Tap and everything else available QUIT having ppl cash app your employees to Pay for the customer meal through a transfer like that. Seriously I'm really pissed. It was 50 something tab. Not getting extra that's for sure.

Second Review 1 Star (since I can't leave Zero): This place did not accept our valid form of payment. No notice that they didn't accept tap payments was posted. I was forced to leave my wife at the bar for an hour and a half while I went home to get a second form of payment. Definitely didn't make the experience fun for either of us. Who's wife wants to be left alone in a bar in a seedy part of downtown? None, I'm guessing.
