I stopped by here one Wednesday night to grab a sundae. I sat at the speaker without being greeted for quite a bit of time. There was a customer at the pickup window so I waited until they left thinking I’d be acknowledged eventually. Still nothing, even after I said, “Hello”. I pulled up, the young lady said they were finishing orders, I’m assuming for customers who were inside. I placed my order there at the window for a 2 scoop brownie sundae. Once I received the bag and checked my order I was more disappointed with myself for not driving off after not being greeted in the first place. The purchase wasn’t worth the money nor time I wasted. The service was no cherry on top.

The ice cream was very thin and waters didn’t look good by the time I got home it was 5 minutes from home it water ice cream when I got home and they fix it wrong and I don’t do chocolate ice cream at all and not what I ask for on Germantown parkway it was terrible ice milk that what I call it never again .

The clerk told me my debit card didn’t go through, so we paid cash. When I showed her the transaction DID process via my bank app, she still claimed the card didn’t go through on her end. She refused to give me my money back and suggested I dispute the transaction with the bank. I will never go there ever again.

I only gave it a 2 because of the young lady working today. She had a great attitude in spite of the working conditions. We went inside, and I can’t believe this place is open. The ice cream was normal for BR, but the choices are limited. The freezer had a problem and it was full of moisture. The floor needs to be replaced, some of the chairs are broken, the outside trash can was overflowing, which means it has not been emptied in a few days, and everything looks dirty from age.

Never go here severe safety issues. They had knats all in their ice cream. A lot multiple that they were serving. I stopped when I counted 5. Really scary because that's all they do is ice cream so if they drop the bar like that is scary because not many people go in to order so people can't see that. Messed up.

The employee didn’t full my order correctly. Forgot one of my prepack oders. When I asked they told me I was not charged. So after checking my receipt I realized I was charged! Bad service with attitude!

I know I will never return to this location of BR and most likely will not back to any BR. Got home with my two so-called three-scoop hot fudge sundaes. They got my $14.25. We got maybe three half scoops of ice cream in each. Ask for no nuts and of course it had nuts. The sundaes were ok what there was of them. You could have easily combined both into one three-scoop cup.

Got three shakes an a banana split. Friendly service. Wife said Split was cool. Milk shakes was watery but taste cool. Any way drank half my shake sat it down went to pick it back up an a string of hair was in it. will definitely not shop there again though

One person running the whole store on a sunny Sunday afternoon in September with the temperature of 81 degrees is wild! This is peak ice cream conditions and you only have one person work? No wonder the line gets long. Of course, they will blame it on people not wanting to work, but someone in the review applied 3 weeks ago heard nothing back from management. It almost seems like an attempt to make more money by cutting labor cost. Of course, I did not get the right order due to the one person being overwhelmed. The decline of America continues.
