I was having a sad Saturday. Decided to stop here for ice cream pick me up. You’re telling me that if all 31+ flavors, you don’t have both pistachio AND pineapple coconut ice cream?!?! I was even open to suggestions! The lady had a chance to take advantage of my sad state to make a sell. Hell, she had the time considering I had to wait 10 minutes TO GET OUT OF THE LINE after I decided not to get anything. Missed opportunities, terrible salesman ship, and also how long does it take to grab a scoop of ice cream?!?! Avoid this place, take your money across the street to Michacana or the green taco truck behind Dunkin’s that sells fruit smoothies.

Unfortunately, I can only comment on Pralines and Cream. That is the only flavor I have been eating for 45 years. So B & R gets a 10 out of 10.

I am very sorry but the ice cream was not very good it was missing flavor there was no crunch and the terrible texture was nasty the ice cream's flavor was flat and bland unlike the Coldstone down the road personally it was a terrible experience and i will not be coming back

Two scoop sundae and it was a kids scoop looks like a baby scoop! It did not fill up the cup! Ridiculous but two these are 15.00 and change!! You got to be kidding me. Well last visit for me. I have not touch it! I wished I could give zero stars … go to Sonic or Dixie Queen for ice cream

Everything was perfectly fine until I noticed a huge strand of hair in my ice cream. I was just going to pull it out and continue as I thought it was mine; however, I noticed that the hair was deep into the ice cream so it couldn’t be mine.
I went in there tonight and the ladies in there were so sweet and helpful amazing customer service.

I stopped by here one Wednesday night to grab a sundae. I sat at the speaker without being greeted for quite a bit of time. There was a customer at the pickup window so I waited until they left thinking I’d be acknowledged eventually. Still nothing, even after I said, “Hello”. I pulled up, the young lady said they were finishing orders, I’m assuming for customers who were inside. I placed my order there at the window for a 2 scoop brownie sundae. Once I received the bag and checked my order I was more disappointed with myself for not driving off after not being greeted in the first place. The purchase wasn’t worth the money nor time I wasted. The service was no cherry on top.
