I only gave it a 2 because of the young lady working today. She had a great attitude in spite of the working conditions. We went inside, and I can’t believe this place is open. The ice cream was normal for BR, but the choices are limited. The freezer had a problem and it was full of moisture. The floor needs to be replaced, some of the chairs are broken, the outside trash can was overflowing, which means it has not been emptied in a few days, and everything looks dirty from age.

Never go here severe safety issues. They had knats all in their ice cream. A lot multiple that they were serving. I stopped when I counted 5. Really scary because that's all they do is ice cream so if they drop the bar like that is scary because not many people go in to order so people can't see that. Messed up.

The employee didn’t full my order correctly. Forgot one of my prepack oders. When I asked they told me I was not charged. So after checking my receipt I realized I was charged! Bad service with attitude!

I know I will never return to this location of BR and most likely will not back to any BR. Got home with my two so-called three-scoop hot fudge sundaes. They got my $14.25. We got maybe three half scoops of ice cream in each. Ask for no nuts and of course it had nuts. The sundaes were ok what there was of them. You could have easily combined both into one three-scoop cup.

Got three shakes an a banana split. Friendly service. Wife said Split was cool. Milk shakes was watery but taste cool. Any way drank half my shake sat it down went to pick it back up an a string of hair was in it. will definitely not shop there again though

One person running the whole store on a sunny Sunday afternoon in September with the temperature of 81 degrees is wild! This is peak ice cream conditions and you only have one person work? No wonder the line gets long. Of course, they will blame it on people not wanting to work, but someone in the review applied 3 weeks ago heard nothing back from management. It almost seems like an attempt to make more money by cutting labor cost. Of course, I did not get the right order due to the one person being overwhelmed. The decline of America continues.

This place is horrible. By far the worst baskin Robbins around. Ratchet, dirty and employees are clueless and rude. Twice I've ordered here and thrown the food away without eating it because they messed up the order. They usually have such a long line getting it remade just isn't worth it. Also the drive through window doesn't even list all the flavors they have so you order only to realize they have more on the flyers in the window. Never again.

One of the smaller locations of Baskin-Robbins. Not as much variety with ice cream and you can only see a few of the flavors. Overall it was okay, wasn't a huge fan of the new oreo cone though.

I order three kids ice cream cups with sprinkles. When ordering I asked how much was the sprinkles? They told me it was no charge. One price was given at the drive-through $10 and another price was given at the window $13. They charged me for the sprinkles. The cups had so many sprinkles that icecream the went to waste. The one star is because they finally took the order.
