I visited for my birthday to redeem my birthday scoop and showed proof of the offer. Unfortunately, I was told they weren't honoring it that day because the scanner wasn’t working. Even though I had the valid coupon and proof, I was still denied—and the staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude about it. It was really disappointing

My second time going to the new location and the young girl needs to work on her customer service skills and each time I ordered a milkshake why is my milkshake so soupy? This is the second time this young lady has done this. Because of her I will not be coming back to this location!!!!

Horrible experience. 1 staff member is a liar. Claim DoorDash fraud is the reason she didn’t want to release my online order to my friend. DoorDash wasn’t used , I ordered off the website. After sending 2 forms of proof of purchase, I had to call the police to make sure I got my refund after she told me no over the phone because it had already been made

The order was fulfilled incorrectly. We give them inspo pic, and they said they can do it. The bows look like pretzels. Straight up don’t accept the job if it can’t be fulfilled correctly. We even paid more for the ice cream cake than the original inspo from other BR location. They got mad when we ask them to fix the shortcomings. Guess we’ll have to fix it ourselves. I don’t usually write reviews, but this is the most negative experience at a food location I ever had.

Well, I thought I would give them another chance in their brand new location. I had a coupon for BOGO sundaes. First of all, our sundaes were $6.50 each & the credit was only for $3.00 off. The scoops were Junior scoops & looked pitiful In the sundae container. Prices are ridiculous for junior scoops of ice cream. I won’t be back.

Dietary restrictions: This is the perfect spot for a small party or Sunday School gathering. All flavors are clearly marked for special diet nerds.
