This place left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in shortly after they moved to the new location to use my birthday reward. They said their scanner didn’t work and they couldn’t scan the barcode. Then they stared at me. I clearly had the reward on my app. I asked them if they could just honor it? It’s not my fault the scanner didn’t work. They said no. No apology. No acknowledgment of anything being wrong. They just went to the next customer. So, I will not be returning.
Actually had the same issue at the Bartlett location and the young lady there honored it no problem. The app isn’t intuitive. Bartlett and Highland Road locations are so much better, save yourself the trouble and skip this one.

This location is racist towards black people! I was in line waiting patiently after a couple, then I was next, a white man comes in and the lady takes his order, I mentioned to her I was next, she looks at me and said “I know” really rude. So I’m looking like Wow! Do not spend your money here. Go where customer service is top priority rather what color you are!!

It is always an unpleasant experience at this midtown location. I have never received good service here and employees are always rude. I tried to place a cake order online today and it would not go through. I called this location and offered to pay over the phone up front if they could just place the order for me. They refused so I placed my order elsewhere. Stella's and Sugar Ghost are much better options in midtown with friendly employees.

Very disappointed!! My husband and I came to have some ice-cream cones after our shopping here. After I finished I went to use the restroom, but needed a code to use. I asked the lady and the man there for the code and the man said it's closed. I was confused because I saw two restrooms. I asked again they both said its closed. They have no hospitality for their customers. This is not how you treat your paying customers there are restrooms there for the paying customers this is a franchise. I will never stop here again many friendly places to go enjoy!!

I went in today October 6 to order a shake. I saw a few new items I wanted to try. First of all I wasn't greeted or acknowledged when I stepped into the door. I have a policy; if ALL MONEY is green and SPENDS THE SAME I should be given the same respect as ANYONE ELSE and be greeted at the door. Anywho I wanted to try some new flavors and the lazy worker gets the spoon and BARELY even scoops a minuscule amount onto the spoon! I mean REALLY!!!!! I UNDERSTAND portion control but if that's how you do business I WILL NOT PATRONIZE and continue to spend money with y'all. Secondly they ALWAYS UNDERFILL my shake cups!!!!! They will blend shake and leave 1/3 of the shake in the blender and pour it out. This is making me want to save my money and make my own shakes and icecream and NEVER come back here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited for my birthday to redeem my birthday scoop and showed proof of the offer. Unfortunately, I was told they weren't honoring it that day because the scanner wasn’t working. Even though I had the valid coupon and proof, I was still denied—and the staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude about it. It was really disappointing

My second time going to the new location and the young girl needs to work on her customer service skills and each time I ordered a milkshake why is my milkshake so soupy? This is the second time this young lady has done this. Because of her I will not be coming back to this location!!!!
