Smiling faces only, even through the ice cream induced headache freeze. What a fun treat to experiment with all the new flavors, just to order a standard favorite. I predict the new Cookie Monster flavor will be the hot of every party this summer, no need for cake, just garnish with one cosmic flavored Oreo cookie and it's the whole deal. From shakes to custom photo cakes, this small, family owned ice cream parlor has a smile make for everyone, even the calorie crunchers.Dietary restrictions: This is the perfect spot for a small party or Sunday School gathering. All flavors are clearly marked for special diet nerds.Kid-friendliness: It's clean and open and colourful

This is the worst experience I have ever had at Baskin Robins I frequent Baskin Robins about 2-3 per week. This is the first time to this location in a few years. Workers are just sitting on their phones. Though speaking loud and clearly the gentleman is not understanding. And the other staff is on their phone not assisting. There is no sign on the restroom door, supposedly it’s out of order. When white families came in they instantly got up from their phones to help the poor gentleman. I wish I could attach photos to this review! I’ve never been so angry about customer service while eating ice cream! Ice cream is a happy snack and this location had ruined the moment!

I love this place.. Walk in and were greeted as soon I walk through the door. Clean and friendly place to get ice cream when u out this way toward Union ave. The owner were so nice . I recommend this baskin robins. Thanks so much and will be back soonParking: Plenty of parking spots. U want have to worry about another car hitting u on the lot.

The woman at the counter was rude. She was on the phone the entire time we were there, just talking to somebody on her airpods.When we told her we were ready to order she gave us a disgusted look because we interrupted her call. She had an attitude that I wanted a waffle cone with one scoop of ice cream and then that attitude got worse when I told her she gave me the wrong ice cream. When my partner ordered they had to correct the ice cream she was going for twice because apparently her phone call was much more important.

This place gets negative stars. They do not use gloves and often touch all over the waffle cones with their bare hands and terrible customer service especially towards Black customers.Tonight, another customer asked if they had gloves and brought up the unhygienic and unsanitary practices of the employee scooping out ice cream for his children. Instead of recognizing the issue, the employee smirked and grew condescending, telling this man that he didn't understand hygiene and that she washed her hands. I stepped in to reinforce the other customer's complaint and reiterated that they needed to use gloves or a plastic wrapper to grab the cones. The other customer decided to leave because he did not want his children to get sick from these poor hygienic practices and the employee muttered "so what leave."The service here is terrible and this family's anti-Blackness ensures they'll continue to treat Black customers poorly as in the case of this customers' legitimate complaints about their unhygienic and unsanitary practices being ignored. I will never get ice cream from here again.

After today's experience I'll just find somewhere else to get ice-cream. The Indian lady was so rude and short today. The shop only had two other people who had been served already.As a new costumers I was trying to take advantage of some new costumer perks.Besides her rude attitude, apparently their scanner doesn't work

It had been years since I had Baskin Robbins and i regret that i didn't wait even longer. Ice cream had freezer burn and the employee was on her phone the entire time she served me. I repeated myself at least 3xs. If you're in the midtown/downtown area, try Margie's 901. Homemade, better service, and much fresher.

Now 2 of the Baskin Robbins franchises in Memphis are “ shorting” their $10 Cappucino Blast, amounting to 1/3 to 1/2 CUP of what we were served . The Union store is particularly bad. One store I haven’t been to yet says they serve up the line on the large cup; it is lower every time!

They close at 10 pm. We arrived at 9 pm, bought a birthday cake and ate it on the premises. Both toilets were out of order without any explanation. At 9:36 pm, we were told we had to leave because they were going to close. At 9:43 they yelled at us that we had to leave in a bad way. They were very rude to everyone.
