Just Me.

02/25/2024I guess businesses don't care about customer service anymore. It's just bodies. No one cares if you are satisfied, or not, nobody cares if you place a order or not and they definitely don't care if you walk out or not. Here's my experience.I walked in before a Door Dash customer, the young lady was assiting what I overheard to be a Door Dash customer which was fine. However, the Door Dashcustomer who came in behind me stood there semi behind off to the side of me just announced that he was there to pick up a order. The young lady answered him and told him that his pickup order was not ready. I then asked is there a line (because Door Dash or not I was in line before him). (I didn't say that)The young lady responded he is Door Dash and we will get to your order after him. That was all that I needed to hear. I walked out immediately. If Door Dash takes precedence of customers who are next in line, then I have just been educated.Based on the other responses from others that have left reviews, the customer service or lack there of is not new a issue. I should have read the reviews before visiting this location.I wish we were in the Jetson era where we can select what you want and it teleports to you.??‍♀️Because these new humans that are working don't have a clue about customer satisfaction.Im not going to bash the young lady because she may not have been appropriately trained but here are a few suggestions:when you hear the door open acknowledge the customers, if there is a wait, let customers know.If there is a Door Dash pick up, have a specific place for them. And this is most important WASH your hands and yes use soap. Its not much it's just CUSTOMER SERVICE.Note to the owner of this establishment please stress the importance of good customer service, good recovery to your employees. It will make a difference in your revenue on the upside.Peace!

Horrid employees. PLEASE, listen to all these reviews about the employees attitudes- they seemed SO BOTHERED to have customers. Go to Ben and Jerry’s or TCBY right around the corner to be treated like a person!!!I asked for a waffle cone with two scoops of- and she cut me off and just said “no”. After staring at her for a second, caught off guard, she said “we don’t have those.” And shrugged around like it was common knowledge. So I got a regular cone, and when I asked for the double scoop again because she started to walk over to the counter with one, she came back over and put it on lopsided… I’m not one to be ugly, so I just figured I’d eat quickly. So I stepped in front of her register, and she walked around to the other one and then just stared at me without saying anything and didn’t speak another word entire transaction. Other employee was giggling as I walked out.

One of the worst customer service ever. It’s my third time going here and all these three times the people working here had no interest in taking my order. Today the lady working in Dunkin’ donuts was laughing at me sarcastically because I was hesitant. Never going here again

Stopped by my favorite ice cream store today to get ice cream, unfortunately the lady behind the counter did not treat us kind at all.My wife asked for a single scoop of a certain ice cream in a cup with a cake cone on top, we do this wherever we get ice cream. The young lady behind the counter was not happy with that. She served my wife and walked away, did not want to serve me.Finally 5 minutes later she came back to me and I asked for a double chocolate in a cup with a sugar cone on top, which I do at all places I go ,usually not at all an issue. She only scooped 1 scoop and a cake cup, I told her she did not give me a double scoop and she gave me a attitude, I told her she only put one scoop and a cake cone on top. Finally a manager took over and got it right,Sorry to say but the young lady had a bad attitude period.Baskin Robbins has always been great except this one.Stay away or you will get treated unfairly with this place.

Not only did I have to repeat a SIMPLE order more than 3 times, the employees customer service and attitudes are very “I don’t want to work here.” Know what you want and what’s available before you get here because they don’t.

Terrible customer service. Dine in was closed so we went through the drive through. They never answered the drive through and when we drove around we saw a worker with a headset on her phone sitting in the lobby. They do their best to make sure you never want to come back.

First of all, I love coffee and I am a loyal Dunkin customer; I buy 3-4 lattes daily at whatever location I'm close to, I personally try to avoid going to this location on poplar ave which is also baskin-robbins since they have always given me very poor service when placing my orders. The last experience I had today has made me leave this bad review since one of their employees when taking my order was very disrespectful to me and I heard her complain to another co-worker because I ordered 3 lattes, which apparently gave her annoying. In addition, this same person became enraged when my 7 year old niece could not decide which flavor of ice cream she wanted to order and I noticed even more discontent on her face. When my order was ready I asked for a cup holder to take my lattes to the car and she refused to give it to me, noticing this I asked her if someone else could help me since she was being very rude to me and so she called another person in a very mocking way. The other employee handed me the cup holder without any problem, which I was grateful for. I highly recommend the owner of this place to do something about it since customers don't have to go through such unpleasant and uncomfortable situations.

Not at this location. A friend and I visited to purchase individual servings for a seriously Ill friend. The single scoops were kiddie size put in large size cups. Asked for small paper containers and employee complied. When our bills were rung up, we asked about the charge. Nineteen cents per paper cup was added to Kiddie scoops instead of regular.
