Walked into the restaurant at 9:40pm. The lady asked me what did I want as she proceeded to clean whatever it was she was cleaning. I told her my order then she kept cleaning whatever it was that she was cleaning. Okay cool, no problem so I was walking around looking at the other flavors while she continued to clean. She then turned around and said to me we're literally trying to close so what's your order. I'm like I already gave you my order plus yall don't close until 10pm. Of course she kept trying to cut me off but I wasn't going for none of that... she was rude cause if she would've been listening to me the first time I could've been in and out. The other girl was sweet! Just not the one who checked me out. Basin robins too damn high to be dealing with attitudes like that, LBVS!! -100000/10 don't go 20 minutes before they close apparently cause their trying to close lol

I love this place because they follow store protocol. They’re nice and professional. The worst thing about this City is none of the stores follow the actual store hours or protocol. This store is awesome! The employees are kind and they do their job. They can get my money wherever I’m craving ice cream.

It was 2:44 pm on a Monday and this location was closed. Apparently students are stealing from this location. My recommendation is for the owner of the store to reach out to the owner of the mini mall and request security for the property. You’re losing business by refusing service to everyone because you can’t staff enough people or have security. I’ll take my business to Dairy Queen.

Its so sad when an employee tries to make you feel bad for your order. I ordered a medium milkshake and the girl with blueish/green in her hair looked me in my face, didnt say a word, and continued to shake her head like I was asking for too much.

I went in tonight for my neighbor & me some ice cream & we both enjoyed it a lot! I got exactly what both of us wanted. There were 3 employees working & all gave great customer service!!!

The service there was fantastic. The gentleman was patient and kind with my child and I. I was asked if I wanted extra toppings I wouldn't of thought about and they were delicious. He even suggested a great pair to my first choice of ice cream. I'd definitely go back.
