Extremely disappointed with this location. The service is poor, and the staff clearly do not want to be there, but the real issue is the total disregard for health and safety standards. My wife had a bizarre and highly inappropriate encounter where an employee actually asked her for medical advice regarding STD symptoms. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and frankly alarming. Between the safety concerns and the lack of boundaries, we will not be back. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Came there 2 weeks ago after a field trip with 8 sped kids and the younger lady looked at us when we walked because they were a little noisy and looked at the customer she was sever and rolled her eyes as if we did something wrong. I told her she could easily have kids like that and told the (I guess) manager that was there. We attend the school next door. Ridgeway

I've visited this location many times and it is generally a 4 star visit at best, but Cailynn went above and beyond on my mangonada. When she finished, it looked better than the menu board picture and she even made sure the cup was actually full. All that and she smiled while interacting with me and other customers. I hope this location has brought her in to help train the other employees. Thank you B&R for a brightening my day.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins #360869 (6114 Quince Rd, Memphis, TN, owned by Vic Patel) on September 2, 2025. I ordered a single scoop of Chocolate Fudge ice cream in a waffle bowl with hot fudge and paid $8 cash.
My order was handled by three young employees who were clearly inexperienced. After a long wait, they initially prepared the wrong flavor and the hot fudge was barely any and not heated properly. When I raised my concerns, the manager, Montrell, only appeared after I called the police and dismissively told me “hot fudge is not really hot” and to “cut the theatrics,” which was unprofessional and disrespectful.
I was refused a refund and had to involve the police just to get a receipt, and even then, it was initially for the wrong transaction. I will not return to this location and hope corporate addresses the poor service and lack of professionalism.

Cai & Kai displayed great customer service! Service with a smile along with great ice cream. I wasn’t feeling my best today due allergies but they made my night with their sense of humor!! Keep up the good work ladies!!

Awful service. We went last night with my boyfriend to get some ice cream and milkshakes and it was 9:20 pm when we know that Baskin Robbins’s close at 10:00pm. We went to the store and tried to open the door and it was closed but the ladies inside just barely saw us and laughed like they were mocking at us, laughing at us and just kept cleaning while starring at us and laughing. That was very very insulting. We went to another store and they assisted us with no problems and told us they close at 10:00pm as usual. This is not the first time this happens at this store. Whoever the manager is, you gotta see what’s going on because we are not going to get anything for free at the stores.
Give out stale waffle cones not good business doing that I come there often never had an issue new workers I see please have better cones next time no manager to speak with as the young man told me

I give it 2 stars because the ice cream was good. The employee that waited on me never smiled didn’t wash her hands between customers nor after touching money. I was eating there until she started yelling hateful words to her coworker in the back. I will never go back to that location ever again.

Walked into the restaurant at 9:40pm. The lady asked me what did I want as she proceeded to clean whatever it was she was cleaning. I told her my order then she kept cleaning whatever it was that she was cleaning. Okay cool, no problem so I was walking around looking at the other flavors while she continued to clean. She then turned around and said to me we're literally trying to close so what's your order. I'm like I already gave you my order plus yall don't close until 10pm. Of course she kept trying to cut me off but I wasn't going for none of that... she was rude cause if she would've been listening to me the first time I could've been in and out. The other girl was sweet! Just not the one who checked me out. Basin robins too damn high to be dealing with attitudes like that, LBVS!! -100000/10 don't go 20 minutes before they close apparently cause their trying to close lol

I love this place because they follow store protocol. They’re nice and professional. The worst thing about this City is none of the stores follow the actual store hours or protocol. This store is awesome! The employees are kind and they do their job. They can get my money wherever I’m craving ice cream.
