Ice cream was ok it just wasn't enough whip cream on the sundaes. I don't understand why a lot of foreigners franchise these big name brand restaurants and places. And then are stingy with product making these brands look bad. The young Indian ladies were really sweet though.

I have went to this location several times. There is a tall middle age guy who needs to have a serious meeting with leadership. He was very disrespectful and condescending with me. I had an issue with a purchase I had door dashed. He laughed and said if you would’ve came in yourself you wouldn’t have paid that much for it. I wanted another flavor because I didn’t like the one I got. He laughed and said you can throw it away and buy another one. He is so unprofessional and rude. The manager has poor customer service. I will no longer go to this location. They need someone to look into this location

There is a man that works there, tall, black, middle aged I suppose, who literally will make whatever staff member who is helping you, stop helping you, just so you'll pay him attention. It's a way of being forceful with someone who doesn't want him. If I don't pay him attention then I can't get any ice cream is a form of harassment.

They give you very small scoops of ice cream, with large price, I ordered 3 scoops in a cup, I might as well got a small cup

Ice cream was not so great. Nobody welcomed us. It felt like the staff was exhausted.Charged extra for whipped cream and cherries. I will never visit this store
Came in once I got off work and was greeted by 2 workers by the name I believe were landon and arianna. They were very bright and made my experience and this location very nice

We ordered Baskin Robbins tonight and had it delivered via Uber Eats. This is what we got!!!
We order weekly and that stops tonight.
Sad…. This costs is a total of $20.55 plus driver tip!
