Good location, but very stingy with the amount of icecream served. They weigh it like gold !! Also, the store manager at this location (am assuming that the lady wearing the brown baskin robbins t-shirt and bossing around other staff in this store, is the store manager) appears to have zero knowledge of her job and the offers that baskin robbins have. To make it worse, she argues that she is correct even when she is absolutely wrong. However, the rest of the staff was quite friendly and efficient. But, I don’t see myself ever coming back here!!

I ordered a cake with lemon custard ice cream and chocolate cake from the Baskin Robbin at this location during the latter part of September ‘2024 for my sister’s, milestone birthday. The staff called a day later, and stated that they were out of lemon custard ice cream. Since it was so close to her birthday party, my sister substituted chocolate and vanilla ice cream instead of the lemon custard… Since I had Covid, I did not attend the party. Covid is over for me, and my taste buds are working very well… I tasted the ice cream cake last night, and it is TERRIBLE! The cake is SUPER DRY (my piece was frozen for a few days, so, the cake should not have tasted like Dry Chalk - nothing else does). It tasted as if it was OLD…It tasted so bad that it took away from the ice cream. I do not plan on ordering any more ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbin’s… The ice cream tasted ok (the cake did affect the taste of it) and service was fine…

The staff went above and beyond expectations. I was ordering something that was a bit of an acquired taste, and they warned me and gave me a sample beforehand. I ended up ordering something else as a result because I wouldn't have liked my original idea as much. Excellent catch.

Terrible customer service walked in 2 hours before closing 3 girl working and no one greeted us and the black girl kept trying to charge us without giving us our stuff and when we paid the girl forgot about our milkshake and was washing dishes while we stood there for 5 minutes untill we asked her about it and she said she forgot, they were just trying to close early
